TERMS & CONDITIONS THE CAMPAIGN PERIOD This 30% Cash Back on Groceries, Petrol & Dining Campaign

(Campaign) organized by Citibank Berhad (Co. No. 297089-M) (Citibank) will run from 13 April 2013 to 21 June 2013 (both dates inclusive) (Campaign Period). ELIGIBILITY 1. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, ONLY the following categories of persons are eligible to participate in this Campaign (Eligible Persons and each, an Eligible Person):Description Existing Cardholder Eligibility An existing principal Citibank credit cardholder of any Citibank credit cards issued by Citibank Berhad (collectively referred to as Citibank Cards or Citibank Card if singular)

The following persons are NOT eligible to participate in this Campaign: a) b) c) holder (s) of any Citibank Card(s) not issued by Citibank; holder (s) of any Citibank Card(s) who is (are) in default of any facilities granted by Citibank at any time during the Campaign Period, subject to Citibanks discretion; and/or any Citibank customer who has committed or suspected to have committed any fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to his/her Citibank Card Account or any facility or service granted by Citibank, including Citibank Online.

THE CAMPAIGN MECHANICS 1. i. Registration: To participate in the Campaign, an Eligible Person is required to register with Citibank via one of the following methods: a) b) ii. short messaging service text (SMS) to Citibank in accordance with the instructions as set out in Citibanks promotional materials; or register online at www.citibank.com.my/GPD (Campaign Website).

For the avoidance of doubt, standard telco charges for SMS registration apply. An Eligible Person who receives from Citibank an SMS confirmation on his/her mobile phone from which the registration SMS was sent or, in the case of a registration on the Campaign Website, a confirmation message shown on the Campaign Website, from Citibank confirming that the registration is successful, shall be eligible to participate in the Campaign (Participant). An Eligible Person with multiple Citibank Cards is only required to register any one of his/her Citibank Card to participate in this Campaign. All other Citibank Cards shall be automatically tracked for purposes of tabulation of the Qualifying Requirements (as defined below) for this Campaign. 30% Cash Back Qualifying Requirements For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, there are 3 qualifying transaction categories (Qualifying Categories): Qualifying Category Definition Any transactions made at the following stores: Groceries Giant, Cold Storage, Mercato, Jasons Food Hall, AEON, Tesco, AEON Big (formerly known as Carrefour), Mydin, Econsave, The Store/Pacific, Village Grocer, Jaya Grocer, Billion, NSK, Servay, 99 Speedmart, and Everrise, in Malaysia. Any local transactions made at petrol stations categorized under the following Merchant Category Codes (MCC), as captured by Citibank: MCC Petrol 5541 5542 Service Stations Automated Fuel Dispensers Definition

Any transactions made at any dining or food and beverages merchants categorized under the following MCC, as captured by Citibank: MCC 5812 5813 5814 Dining 5441 5451 5462 5499 5811 Definition Eating Places, Restaurants Bars, Cocktail Lounges, Discotheques, Nightclubs, and Taverns Fast Food Restaurants Candy, Nut, Confectionery Stores Dairy Products Stores Bakeries Miscellaneous Food Stores Caterers

For the avoidance of doubt, transactions made at hotels which do not fall under the above MCC shall be excluded from this Qualifying Category.

b.

To participate in the Campaign, a Participant needs to make Retail Purchases (as defined below), after Registration, with his/her Citibank Cards (regardless of sequence and inclusive of supplementary cards transactions) within ONE Weekly Cycle (as defined below) with the following requirements (Qualifying Requirements): i. ii. A minimum cumulative total of RM500 (Min Weekly Spend); AND Inclusion of transactions on all 3 Qualifying Categories: Groceries, Petrol, AND Dining as part of total Retail Purchases.

c.

A Participant who has successfully completed the Qualifying Requirements within one Weekly Cycle based on the transaction date posted and captured by Citibank as per these terms and conditions (Successful Participant) shall be awarded 30% cash back on the total amount spent on the Qualifying Categories (30% Cash Back) SUBJECT TO the Weekly Cap (as defined below) and Individual Weekly Cap (as defined below). If the Successful Participant is an employee of Citibank and its affiliates that can participate in this Campaign, all taxes whatsoever (if any) on the 30% Cash back will be borne by the said employee.

Retail Purchases include any retail transaction except the following: i. ii. iii. iv. v. vi. vii. viii. ix. x. xi. installments paid under Citibanks Flexi Payment Plan or Easy Payment Plan (as defined in Citibanks Website); payments made by standing instructions or auto-billing; transactions which are subsequently cancelled or refunded; cash advance or cash withdrawal debited to the account of the Citibank Card; Dial-For-Cash (DFC) or Balance Conversion (as defined in Citibanks Website); government service tax and any other similar taxes; disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent purchase transactions; payment of annual Citibank Credit Card membership fees, interest & principal payments; late payment fees, charges for cash withdrawals and any other form of service/miscellaneous fees; and transactions made by Participants with any merchant associated with or controlled by them (whether as business owner, shareholder or director).

One Weekly Cycle (Weekly Cycle) starts from a Saturday and ends on the following Friday. There are 10 Weekly Cycles throughout Campaign Period which are as follows: Weekly Cycle 1 Dates 13 April 19 April 2013 2

A total weekly cash back amount of RM50,000 (Weekly Cap) is allocated to each Weekly Cycle and is given to each Successful Participant up to a maximum of RM150 per Weekly Cycle (Individual Weekly Cap), on a First-Come, First-Served basis (as defined below) until the Weekly Cap is met. Successful Participants will be ranked in accordance with the date on which the last of all transactions required to meet the Qualifying Requirements, is posted and captured by Citibank (Qualifying Date). In cases where the Weekly Cap is met or exceeded, 30% Cash Back will be awarded according to the following hierarchy of criteria (First-Come, First-Served): Order of Priority 1 Qualifying Date If the Weekly Cap cannot fulfil the total cash back amount for all Successful Participants with a same Qualifying Date, 30% Cash Back will be awarded starting from a Successful Participant with the highest total monetary amount of all Retail Purchases made by the Successful Participant in that particular Weekly Cycle which has been posted and captured by Citibank during that particular Weekly Cycle. The 30% Cash Back shall be credited into Successful Participants Citibank Card account within 6 to 8 weeks after every Weekly Cycle. Citibank should not be liable for any delays caused on transactions posting dates made by any merchant or discrepancies related to categorizations of the respective merchants under the qualifying MCC. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS If the 30% Cash Back is to be awarded to a Participant who or if a Participant: a) b) is not eligible to participate in the Campaign and/or receive the 30% Cash Back; and/ or, has committed or is suspected of committing any misconduct, fraudulent or wrongful acts,

Citibank reserves the right to disqualify such Participant from participating in the Campaign and/or receiving the 30% Cash Back. 2. 3. Citibanks decision on all matters relating to the Campaign will be final and binding. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in this Campaign, each and every Participant is agreeing that he/she will not hold Citibank and its officers, servants, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers that Citibank may engage for the purposes of this Campaign), liable for any loss or damages that he/she may incur, in connection with the Campaign. The Participants hereby give their consent to and authorize Citibank to disclose their particulars to the appointed representatives engaged by Citibank for purposes of this Campaign, if any. Citibank warrants that the disclosure of such particulars to any third party service providers shall be limited to the Participants name, address and telephone number and shall be used only in relation to and for purposes of this Campaign. Citibank will not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, epidemic, pandemic, technical or system failure or any event beyond the reasonable control of Citibank. Citibank reserves the right as it deems fit to vary or change any of these terms and conditions from time to time or cancel, terminate, withdraw, or suspend this Campaign and/or replace this Campaign with another similar promotion, campaign or program with prior notice. Such variation, changes, cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension will be notified by posting on Citibanks website at www.citibank.com.my (Website) or in any other manner as Citibank deems fit. In this respect, the Participants participation in this Campaign also signifies his/her agreement to access the Website at regular intervals to view these terms and conditions and to ensure that they are kept up-to-date with any variations or changes which Citibank may effect from time to time. Participants also agree that their continued participation in this Campaign will constitute their acceptance of these terms and conditions (as varied from time to time). For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension by Citibank of this Campaign will not entitle the Participant to any compensation against Citibank for any and all loss or damage that may be suffered or incurred by the Participant as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension. This Campaign shall be subject to the regulations, directives and guidelines of Bank Negara Malaysia, the Association of Banks, Malaysia and such other relevant regulatory bodies. Any term and condition applicable to this Campaign which is illegal, prohibited or unenforceable under any law or regulation shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, voidness, prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia.
