to you by Natty Healing. Begin by sitting in a simple cross legged position on the floor. It is vital to have a comfortable erect spine throughout the duration of this meditation. Ensure that your head, shoulders, &hips are all aligned and that your head does not tilt forward. Your shoulders & jaw are relaxed & easy. Bring your awareness to your breath. Slowly inhale through your nose filling up your abdomen and continue to fill up your rib cage & upper chest. hold your breath here for a few moments then through you nose, release the breath slowly feeling the chi leaving your upper chest, then your rib cage area, and lastly your abdomen. Acknowledge the space at the end of this exhale. This is known as the Deergha swasam (DEER GA SWAH SAHM) or the three part breath.. Inhale into the lower abdomen, the middle ribs, & lastly into the upper chest. hold briefly and exhale feeling the upper chest relax, followed by the middle section, & abdomen. now place your hands in a comfortable position so that your forearms are resting upon your knees. Inhale (WAIT 6SECONDS) Exhale (WAIT 8SECONDS). <---*REPEAT.. Continue your breathing as you become increasingly aware of your energy and the vitalizing life force all around you. Inhale into the abdomen, midsection, & upper body. Pause. Exhale from the upper body, midsection, & abdomen. observe the space. Feel your blood as its bringing in fresh renewing energy to all of your organs & chakras. Focus on the tension blockages doubts leaving your mind body and surroundings with each exhale. You can feel your heart sustaining you & your mind speaking to you. No fear exists here. Your mind is clear and still prepared to heal your body. As you continue to breath properly at a comfortable rhythm>> ROOT Let the tips of your thumb and index finger touch . Concentrate on the Root chakra at the spot in between the genitals and the anus as you see the color RED in your minds eye. Visualize your spine extending down from your being into the center of the Earth as you merge with the floor beneath you. Chant the sound LAM with me six times and hold on the seventh. SACRAL Put your hands in your lap, palms up, on top of each other. Left hand underneath, its palm touching the back of the fingers of the right hand. The tips of the thumbs touch gently. Concentrate on the Sacral chakra at the sacral bone (on the lower back) as you focus on the color ORANGE in your minds eye. Visualize your lower back and the area beneath your navel opening and receiving vibrant orange regenerating chi from the Universe. Chant the sound VAM with me six times and hold on the seventh. (VAHHNNNNNG) **repeat 6 times then hold 9seconds Mentally affirm to yourself: "I feel radiant, beautiful and strong as I live my healthy & passionate life." SOLAR PLEXUS Put your hands before your stomach, slightly below your solar plexus. Let the fingers join at the tops, all pointing away from you. Cross the thumbs. It is important to straighten the fingers. Concentrate on the Navel chakra located on the spine, a bit above the level of the navel as you focus on the color YELLOW in your minds eye. Visualize your inner Sun connecting to the Universal Life source as vitalizing beams of yellow light reignite your inner fire. Chant the sound RAM with me six times and hold on the seventh. Let the tips of your index finger and thumb touch. Put your left hand on your left knee and your right hand in front of the lower part of your breast bone (so a bit above the solar plexus). Concentrate on the Heart chakra at the spine, & the center of your chest level with your heart as you focus your minds eye on the color GREEN. Visualize the center of your chest opening as you allow the abundant supply of divine love to fill your heart with harmony, balance, and peace. THROAT Cross your fingers on the inside of your hands, without the thumbs. Let the thumbs touch at the tops, and pull them slightly up. Concentrate on the Throat chakra at the base of the throat as you see the color BLUE in your minds eye. Visualize the clarity, truth, and simple flow of communication being reacknowledged & reactivated throughout your entire being. Chant the sound HAM with me six times and hold on the seventh. THIRD EYE Put your hands before the lower part of your breast. The middle fingers are straight and touch at the tops, pointing forward. The other fingers are bended and touch at the upper two phalanges. The thumbs point towards you and touch at the tops. Concentrate on the Third Eye chakra slightly above the point between the eyebrows as you focus your minds eye on the color VIOLET. Visualize your minds eye expanding and clearing all stale energies to view the reality surrounding you with the most intense clarity as it is aligned. CROWN Put your hands before your stomach. Let the ring fingers point up, touching at their tops. Cross the rest of your fingers, with the left thumb underneath the right. Concentrate on the Crown chakra at the top center of your head and the most beautifully comforting shade of purple resonating here.
