2 EVALUATION OF INTACTIVIST-ACTIONS: of what we do right, and what we can do better. GREAT! another street protest against forced circumcision, this time in New Orleans. Please check and join the event either in person, but anyway here on facebook: Its time to tell Americas Obstetricians: His Body, His Rights! Of course, I do support every effort by anyone in order to STOP this Global Collective Holocaust (Catastrophe) of Forced Circumcision on Children and Adults in every country (society) this obvious Human Rights Violation is perpetrated. I do emphasize and yes you all know me for doing so repeatedly for the past decades several points of information, these EFFORTS MUST include, so not only physicians, parents, religion and tradition, but also the intactivist movement itself KNOW WHAT FORCED CIRCUMCISION REALLY IS. Yes, it is paramount, that the intactivist movement takes good care of the terminology it uses, and of course that the information we circulate is correct and embraces all aspects (the full spectrum) of forced circumcision. Two of the major facts I continuously point out to but unfortunately are continuously ignored, meaning: are persistently EXCLUDED and even contradicted in the information-portfolio of intactivist groups and organizations, are: A) The juristic fact of forced circumcision: a) Forced circumcision is non-consensual infliction of preventable (non-accidental) injury on humans of any age and gender and therefore already outlawed under current democratic rule of law, regardless by whom or for whatever reason inflicted! b) Forced circumcision on adults constitutes the crime of assault under current penal law! c) Forced circumcision on children constitutes the crime of child abuse under current penal law! The CAPTA-Definition about Child Abuse is very clear about what the act of Physical Child Abuse is! The evidence of forced circumcision on children reveals empirically, that what is being done to the child meets the CAPTA-Definition of Child Abuse, and therefore leaves no reasonable doubt that the removal of the healthy prepuce on a child of any age and gender is already outlawed! d) BOYS and GIRLS are EQUALLY PROTECTED UNDER CURRENT LAW from Forced Circumcision! e) We do NOT face a legislation problem, but that we DO face a law enforcement problem! f) It is therefore CORRECT, that the intactivist movement circulates the information: MGM and FGM are ALREADY OUTLAWED! FORCED CIRCUMCISION on any human of any age and gender is ALREADY OUTLAWED! FORCED CIRCUMCISION on CHILDREN of ANY AGE and GENDER is CHILD ABUSE! BOYS and GIRLS are EQUALLY PROTECTED UNDER CURRENT LAW from Forced Circumcision! We do NOT face a legislation problem, but that we DO face a law enforcement problem! We DEMAND LAW ENFORCEMENT [also] on Forced Circumcision MGM!

3 g) Since the Universal Declaration of Demand for Law Enforcement on [also] MGM does exist since years, it is CORRECT INTACTIVISM, to cooperate in this respect by ENDORSEMENT of this Universal Declaration, just as is stated in http://www.intacthumanity.org/declaration-of-demand.html h) It is FALSE (wrong, counterproductive, contradictive, misleading) INFORMATION, when intactivist groups and organizations circulate this information: Only girls are protected under current law from genital mutilation (FGM), but boys are accorded no such (legislative) protection. This information is not only law-reality contradictive, but also wrongfully implies that: Only FGM is outlawed under current rule of law, but that Forced Circumcision on Male Children were at this moment NOT a violation of current democratic rule of law. To imply this, is of course a total error of judgment, and leads to the all surround MISCONCEPTION amongst the perpetrators of forced circumcision (Brit Mila as in False Judaism / Sunnet as in False Islam / RIC as in False Democracy), namely the MISCONCEPTION: Oh yes, only FGM is already outlawed, but Boys are at this moment NOT protected under current democratic rule of law, and as long as MGM is not already outlawed, we can continue to mutilate the boys legally. Unfortunately, also Intact America is still circulating this FALSE INFORMATION which evidently in consequence MISLEADS to this MISCONCEPTION! i) It is FALSE (wrong, counterproductive, contradictive, misleading) INFORMATION, when intactivist groups and organizations circulate this information: Please make your informed decision (to whether or not you decide to mutilate the child). This information is not only law-reality contradictive, but also wrongfully implies that: A legal right exists, to decide to whether or not to wish to mutilate the child. To imply this, is of course a total error of judgment, and leads to the all surround MISCONCEPTION amongst the perpetrators of forced circumcision (Brit Mila as in False Judaism / Sunnet as in False Islam / RIC as in False Democracy), namely the MISCONCEPTION: We have a legal right to decide to whether or not we wish to mutilate the child. Unfortunately, also Intact America is still circulating this FALSE INFORMATION! j) It is paramount, that people are INFORMED CORRECTLY about the full spectrum of forced circumcision, and this information MUST INCLUDE the fact A) that MGM and FGM are already equally outlawed, and the fact B) that therefore a legal right of choice to whether or not mutilate the child DOES NOT EXIST! Not for parents; not for physicians; not for religion; not for tradition; NOT FOR ANY PERSON! B) The correct terminology to be used when referring to forced circumcision: a) Since there is a clear difference between A) medically indicated circumcision , and B) nontherapeutic circumcision on adults, and c) non-therapeutic circumcision on children, it is CORRECT to ONLY to use the terminology of FORCED CIRCUMCISION when referring to the act of the removal of the healthy prepuce on adults, when done without the adults consent, and when referring to the same procedure when done on any child of any age and gender! Yes it is true, it is a medical fact, that medically indicated circumcision is rarely required, but in some very rare cases is required and even on children, and therefore is considered as LEGAL PROCEDURE under current democratic rule of law!

4 This is why it is WRONG to say Stop Circumcision, simply because this is an undue (unprofessional) generalization of an act, which sometimes is medically required, and therefore a more precise terminology is required, in order to prevent this undue (unprofessional) generalization. It is CORRECT to TERM the act of the removal of the healthy prepuce on adults without the adults consent, and any of such act on any child of any age and gender as FORCED CIRCUMCISION, and as OUTLAWED ACT, and as CHILD ABUSE when it is done to children. So when we speak against FORCED CIRCUMCISION, we correctly say: Stop Forced Circumcision! or Doctors against Forced Circumcision or End Forced Circumcision and so on and on. There is also another WRONG (misleading) terminology in use amongst the intactivist community: Sexual Abuse and Rape. Both terms are NOT adequate, because the people who do Brit Mila (as in False Judaism), Sunnet (as in False Islam), and RIC (as in False Democracy) do clearly NOT do this act out of any form of sexual desire. Only because the act of forced circumcision is perpetrated on the genital (sex organ), it does NOT mean that the act is relative to the Crime of Sexual Abuse or Rape. Both crimes are directly related to sexual desire, which is clearly NOT the cause which causes people (the societies who do this act) to do forced circumcision. It is a COLLECTIVE ACT (whole societies are doing it), and these societies do this horrific act out of IMPOSITION, FALSE TEACHING, >Imposed psychopathic and emotional Blindness< from childhood on. To term these people Rapists / Sexual Abusers is therefore wrong. Since the act of forced circumcision IS a form of CHILD ABUSE, it is correct terminology to A) term the act as CHILD ABUSE; and B) to term the people who do this to the child: CHILD ABUSER! True and as I state this clearly in www.intacthumanity.org there is NO criminal intent amongst those who mutilate the child, and because of the MISCONCEPTION the perpetrators of this obvious Crime of Child Abuse have, in believing that because the authority does not enforce the law on it, it were legal to mutilate the child, it is first and foremost CORRECT INTACTIVISM to NOT pursue legislative punishment, BUT to LET PEOPLE KNOW that what they do to the child IS OUTLAWED, because of what is being done to the child constitutes the CRIME of CHILD ABUSE! People also have to KNOW THE FACT (and therefore it is correct intactivism to inform people about this fact), namely: that even there obviously is NO criminal intent in what these people do to the child, the LAW accounts for NEGLECT. Here the Definitions of Neglect as stated in CAPTA: CAPTA, reauthorized again in the Keeping Children and Families Safe Act of 2003 (P.L. 108-36), provides minimum standards for defining child physical abuse, neglect, and sexual abuse that States must incorporate into their statutory definitions in order to receive Federal funds. Under this Act, child maltreatment is defined as: Any recent act or failure to act on the part of a parent or caregiver, which results in death, serious physical or emotional harm, sexual abuse or exploitation, or an act or failure to act which presents an imminent risk of serious harm. 10 So, only because people can say: I do not do this to this forced circumcision to the child out of criminal intent but out of other reason (the various different reasons given are known))

5 it does NOT mean, that forced circumcision is legal. CHILD ABUSE is always CHILD ABUSE and OUTLAWED regardless of who does it and why! So my dear fellow intactivists, when you attend STREET PROTEST in New Orleans or anywhere else in the future, let me again emphasize to all of you, that it is Intactivisms predominant responsibility to give CORRECT INFORMATION, both in imaging and terminology embracing the full spectrum of forced circumcision. Meaning: Whenever you speak, write, and / or carry SIGNS, do take good care that the information you circulate IS CORRECT. It IS CORRECT to carry the sign: His Body His Choice His Body, His Rights My Body Belongs To Me and so on, but please also begin to use the term FORCED CIRCUMCISION (instead of Circumcision as explained above to why) and DO CARRY SIGNS which READ: MGM and FGM are ALREADY OUTLAWED! FORCED CIRCUMCISION on any human of any age and gender is ALREADY OUTLAWED! FORCED CIRCUMCISION on CHILDREN of ANY AGE and GENDER is CHILD ABUSE! BOYS and GIRLS are EQUALLY PROTECTED UNDER CURRENT LAW from Forced Circumcision! We do NOT face a legislation problem, but that we DO face a law enforcement problem! AND: Since the Universal Declaration of Demand for Law Enforcement on [also] MGM does exist since years, it is CORRECT INTACTIVISM, to cooperate in this respect by ENDORSEMENT of this Universal Declaration, just as is stated in http://www.intacthumanity.org/declaration-ofdemand.html Remember: (read it also in http://www.intacthumanity.org/official-statement/we-know-1.html ): In many places and foremost in Liberal Democratic Right State Law Societies, legal protections have preceded, not followed, broader recognition of rights. Laws have a teaching effect. Laws that discriminate validate other kinds of discrimination. Laws that require equal protections reinforce the moral imperative of equality. And practically speaking, it is often the case that laws must change before fears about change dissipate. It is empiric fact that the law which outlaws forced circumcision already exists!

6 So do not only tell the Obstetrician-Society Obstetrician and the public as a whole: His Body His Rights, but tell them also: What you do to the child is a criminal offence! and We demand that the law will be enforced on YOU and anyone else who perpetrates or promotes and protects the Crime of Forced Circumcision and the Crime of Sucking on o Childrens Genitals! It is high time that INTACTIVISM SHOWS FLAG in ONE VOICE and based on undisputable juristically, medically and sociologically sound information. , namely the forming of a forum on facebook, called called Intactivist Finally, there is this information, Census. Some of you are surely already participants in this Census 2359 intactivists so far and those of you who here about it here, please do participate. Here to our purpose: Our Our purpose: to create an accurate census of all people people on facebook who are against both male and female circumcision of babies and minors, as well as forced or uninformed circumcision of people of any age or gender, including intersex. We believe people should have full control over their own genital autonomy. y. This is a group which will remain non partisan, our sole objective being a to perform a census on the movement as a whole, no messages or notifications to members, the members may write on the wall and communicate with each other but the focus of this group g will be to consolidate a true representation and accurate head count of active Intactivists and Genital Autonomy Advocates on Facebook.
