Instructions
1. Log-on to GBU website (www.gbu.ac.in). 2. Click on to New Registration & Candidate Login link. 3. GPTU-2013: For undergraduates candidates & GPT-2013: Graduates/Postgraduates Candidates 4. Before you proceed to register your candidature for admission in Gautam Buddha University you must ensure that you have read the brochure about the eligibility criteria for each programme for undergraduates candidates (GPTU-2013) & for graduates/postgraduates candidates (GPT-2013) for which you intend to take the admission in university. 5. You should fill your correct basic and academic details like Name, DOB, Address, Moblie No., test centres and programme code (each programme has a separate code) subsequently under circumstances. 6. For Programme code please refer to Section 4.1 & 4.2 on page no (13-16) in brochure. You are advised to be extremely careful to fill the programme code otherwise this may lead to rejection of application form. 7. Chose you password between 6-10 characters. Please remember your password and dont share with others. 8. Before final submission of online Application form, read the declaration carefully and give your consent on it. You are required to upload a recently taken scanned photograph and signature in JPG format. Photograph preferably taken on or after 1-Jan2013 only have to be uploaded (preferable width 350px and height 400px) and size less than 300 KB. Signature size should be less than 300 KB(preferable width 400px and height 100px). The maximum file size for Photo and Signature is 300 KB, failing which you will not be able to complete your application. So you must check your information details carefully final submission of your application form. 9. No written acknowledgement will be issued for the receipt of the application. However, the candidate can verify the application status on GBU website after a fortnight of submission. 10. After successful filling of On-line Application Form, a Confirmation Page will be generated for each and every candidate bearing the entire information as filled by them along with a Unique Form Number which the candidate can use in future correspondence. 11. Application fee payment can be done through Demand Draft, Debit/Credit Card OR Net Banking. 12. If application fee payment mode through Demand Draft then candidates is required take a printout of registration form and sign it originally (View Sample Form) before sending it to The Chairman Admissions, Gautam Buddha University, Near Yamuna Express Way, Greater Noida, U. P.-201312. latest by 27th April 2013 for B. Tech+M. Tech/MBA, BA LLB, BBM+MBA, B. Arch, M. Tech & MBA & 16th July 2013 for M.A./MSW/MMC/M. Sc./M. Phil along with the Demand Draft and required certificate/documents.
