Harki Dhillon, MD Founder and President RIFF

The 2013 Riverside International Film Festival serves as a forum for showcasing the films created by experienced cinematographers as well as up-and-coming filmmakers. As such, we have received many submissions from local, national and international filmmakers seeking a forum to tell their stories. These films all deserve consideration, though it is my goal as the director of programming to focus on those movies that combine great cinematography and excellent storytelling to produce a unique and enchanting journey that not only transports the viewer to the filmmakers world, but also brings that world into the observers space and consciousness. We invite you to be a part of this experience; to view these films that not only share a filmmakers vision but at the same time are able to manifest a multitalented community that makes the creation of these movies possible: sound, light, music, script, editing and more. As happens with the creation of a movie, our film festival is also made with our audience in mind and is made possible because of a community-wide effort. We would like to thank all of those that have collaborated with us in order to produce this festival and would like to welcome you all. Dr. Maria C. Martinez, Programming Director

Directed by Adam Rubin Short Drama
