REGULATION

ARTICLE 1: LIM ITATION OF PRACTICES This regulation is practiced for managing and controlling all the members of Cambodian students association at Khon Kaen University in Thailand, and it is under the rule of the association. President of Cambodian Students Association is directly leading the teamwork along with the Vice President. The president is responsible for all activities of the association and related works with Graduate School Higher Education and International Relationship office at Khon Kaen University. ARTICLE 2: M EMBERSHIP All members of Cambodian Students Association have equal rights and duties to announce and inform to another student who is not yet to be a member, especially newcomers. Application form to be filled to be a member of the Association is as follows: - Request Application form to be a member (1 copy) - Personal Background (1 copy) - Passport size Photos (4 x 6 cm) and (3 x 4 cm) 2 and 1, respectively. A person will be a member of the Association from the permitted date, and the membership is validated up to his/her graduation date at Khon Kaen University. 1

ARTICLE 3: CONTRACT OF M EMBERSHIP All members have to officially sign a contract and submit to the President of Association for Approval. This contract could be renewable in every year and need to attach with this Regulation. ARTICLE 4: REGULATION AT W ORK AND M EETING All members have to follow the following regulation: - Be on time - Respect management team when at work and be silent - Finished the instructed work with responsibility. - Formal dresses - Properties of the Association are not allowed for the individual use or for the personal benefit such as Computers, Telephones, etc. All members have to minimize the use of water, electricity, and help to keep the offices of Association clean. - After the use of properties of association, if there is any damage or lost, the concerned person has to report to the president via administrative officer. - Information which can cause misunderstanding among members is prohibited. - At working and meeting time, shouting and unethical words which can lower the honor of others as well as the association is not allowed. - Be in unity and raise the price of friendship in order to raise the price of the nation. - Be clean, especially at work and meeting.

ARTICLE 5: LEAVE W ITH AND W ITHOUT PERMISSION (at work and meeting) 5.1. Leave with a request for Permission A member who lives with reasonable reason have to request the written permission letter from the administrative officer at least one day before the leave date, and send to the president via administrative officer. In case urgent need, he/she may have a direct call for permission and fill out the request after his/her return. Leave two times or more continuously is not allowed. 5.2. Leave without Permission In case a member who leaves without a request is considered as absence without permission. If it will be repeated again and again, the punishment from Article 6 will be considered. ARTICLE 6: PUNISHM ENT 6.1. Absence at work - In case absence without permission for one time, the president will recommend, and he/she will have to pay a fine of 30 Baht (thirty Baht only). If it is two times or more, the president will keep reminding and if it is still happening repeatedly, the president will use his right to end up the membership of that concerned person. - Absence with permission for two times continuously will be considered as absence without permission. 6.2. Absence at the M eeting - In case absence without permission for one time, he/she will be recommended by the president and pay a fine of 30 Baht (thirty Baht only). - Absence with permission for two times continuously will be considered as absence without permission.

ARTICLE 7: RIGHT AND DUTY - During monthly meetings, all members will need to have the working report along with them individually or in groups, and briefly report to other members about it, and then handles this report to the vice-president, who responsible for administrative work, to make the overall monthly report to the president not more than one week after the meeting. - All members have the right to report to the president of the association if there is any member does not follow the rule. - All members will have to responsible for his/her duty and work according to the regulation, and work pointed by the president. - The Name of the association and his/her duty of the Association will not be allowed to use for the personal benefit. ARTICLE 8: HEALTH AND HYGIENE Be clean, and smoke which affect the health of others is not allowed. Keep clean by not dispose of the wastes out of the dustbin at working place. ARTICLE 9: PUNISHM ENT If any member who breaks the works and regulation s contract, he/she will have to be punished as the following: - Small mistake: Arrive late at work, do not follow the recommendation of management team, then he/she will be punished by administrative office like: Remind and promise in a writing. - M edium mistake: If he/she had made two mistakes or more, it will be considered in this category, and second Reminding and promise in writing will be taken into action. NOTE: Punishment of both mistakes is the right of the president. Anyways, penalized person can have a right to claim back or request the association to investigate again if he/she thinks it is not fair. The one, who damages the properties of association by willing or personal work, will have to take a responsibility of his/her action. 4
