ITK Notes: Better to use Mozilla Firefox for ITK. Below Illustration is for 3G.2G can be done similarly.

Go to: https://nto2.my.ao.ericsson.se/itk/web/# Request Access :

Enter your Signum in the field - Your User ID: Enter Your Mobile Number: Select Celcom Gsm Malaysia & Celcom Wcdma Malaysia. Send Request;

For statistics : Once you got the user name and password, login using the same link You can select either 2G(Celcom Gsm Malaysia) or 3G(Celcom Wcdma Malaysia)

Once Logged in click tab Stats,then PM dynaView Time Filter : Select the time frame as you want ( Last 12 Hours/Last 24 Hours/Last 7 days etc)

In Mode :Select which level of stats you want(Cell,Cluster,Node,RNC) Select the cells/RNC for which you want to view stats for, and you can even save it by clicking in any name for later use.

In formulas you can select any formulas which are used for KPI measurements. Formula Source: Select Project Formula which is used for cellcom project, Select which KPIs you want stats for in Formula You can select any counters which you may require for analysis from Additional Counters

Click OK .You will get the graphical representation, and in table format below. If you want to export, right Click down arrow near OK and select which format you want to save the results.

To check whether the PM data is complete, you can do the following:Menu>Server>Consolidated Data status XX(100%) means the data is complete.

The kget logs are fetched daily everyday at midnight. Apart from importing the data into ITK, the logs are also stored in the server if you would like to download for moshell offline usage. Therefore, you can dump out any parameter you want for selected RNC or whole network. For example ,I am dumping out the one RNCs(KBRN14) UtranCell parameter into Excel format (Menu > Node Details > ND DynaView). You may also choose only selected RNC params.
