Ocean Tankers PTE LTD is a private limited liability company registered in Singapore and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of international transport and a number of public limited liability company incorporated in Singapore:

Hin Leong An established integrated energy group involved in a wide rage of activities including oil trading, lubricant blending and sales, bunker and diesel supply, to storage and logistics support.

Universal Terminal Asia Pacifics largest independent oil storage terminal with a capacity of 2.3 million cubic metres, and equipped with 12 berths, of which two are capable of berthing fully laden VLCCs.

Tuas Terminal An integrated facility equipped with a 200m berth for barges, a 94,000 cubic metres tank farm and a lubricant plant.

Ocean Bunkering Services A leading bunker supplier of quality marine fuel in Singapore. The company is headquartered in Singapore with regional offices in Georgia, China, Myanmar and South Korea. Ship management centre is situated in Singapore (Main branch) and crewing/manning offices in Singapore with a representative office in China and Georgia. The core business is petroleum logistics. Ocean Tankers Pte Ltd operates a group of wholly owned companies that manage and operate our fleet of tankers ensuring we deliver the highest standards of service to our customers.

FIRM BACKGROUND Incorporated in the Republic of Singapore in 1978, Ocean Tankers now manage and operate a large fleet of tanker vessels of approx. 5.3 million deadweight tonnes. Our Fleet is made up of Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCCs), Suezmax, Aframax, Panamax, MR, Product tankers and Bunker Barges of various capacities.

TANKER MANAGEMENT Ocean Tankers offers a range of comprehensive services at speedy turnaround times to provide cost and time savings for our customers. The hallmarks of our total quality management stem from our diverse offering of services, ability to break bulk for redistribution, rigorous safety record and operational efficiency.

Large and Flexible Fleet Ocean Tankers operates one of Singapores largest tanker fleets with vessels that range in a variety of sizes and carrying capacities. The key attractions of engaging our fleet of sister ships are flexibility, convenience and logistical efficiency. Moreover, our fleet of interchangeable vessels with similar specifications makes it easy for us to substitute vessels and accommodate scheduling changes.

One-stop Services As a one-stop centre for ship management and logistical services, our customers can expect seamless and cost effective operations. From chartering, operations, technical management, crewing to supplies, our integrated services minimises vessel downtime and optimises vessel performance.

Quality Assured With ISO 9001:2000 certification for quality standard in shipping and ship management service, Ocean Tankers assures customers of the highest quality standards in all areas of operations. We rank health, safety and environment as highly as our commercial and operational factors in the management of our business. In close cooperation with relevant authorities, we take all necessary measures to maintain the highest safety standards by fully complying with the International Safety Management Code of Practice (ISM). Our internal audit unit also conducts periodic checks on every vessels shipboard working system and procedures.

SHIP TO SHIP TRANSFER (STS OPERATION)

As a pioneer in Ship-to-Ship (STS) transfer operations within the region with more than 20 years of experience, our customers can rely on our professional services. We are competent in handling operations with one ship at anchor or with both ships underway. Annually, we carry out an average of 600 STS operations between varying sizes of ships across different locales. Our comprehensive STS capability comprises of well-experienced mooring masters, complete with tugboats, fenders and hoses, which are entirely owned, operated and maintained by us. All our operations strictly adhere to OCIM/ICS guidelines and local regulations. Our tugboats are well-equipped with pollution control equipment and fire-fighting capabilities.

MARINE SUPPORT VESSELS We have a diverse fleet of support vessels, such as towing tugs, harbour tugs, AHTS, supply boats and passenger craft that are able to provide comprehensive logistics support services. In addition, our spacious storage warehouse in Tuas houses consumables, spares and equipment that can readily meet urgent customer requests and be delivered on time without disrupting sailing schedules, creating significant competitive advantages for our customers.

ACHIEVEMENTS A. Singapore Registry of Ships (SRS) Ship Owner of the Year Award (2009) Ocean Tankers was awarded the SRS Ship Owner of the Year Award at the 5th Singapore International Maritime Awards. This Award recognises the accomplishments of companies and individuals in the Maritime Industry that significantly contribute to Singapores development as a major global hub port and international maritime centre.

B. First Ship Owner to deliver CSR-compliant VLCC Ocean Tankers 318 000 DWT VLCC Hua San was one of the first and largest vessel built to the IACS Common Structural Rules (CSR) for double hull oil tankers. CSR was established to reduce the risks of structural failure of tankers and provide adequate durability of the hull structure, so as to help improve the safety of life, environment and property.

Everyone in our company is responsible in the protection of the natural environment in our daily operation and related activities. Our goal is clear and simple- Zero spills and no damage to the environment! We are totally dedicated in achieving this objective by putting in place a system of control that identifies and removes the threat of an imminent damage to the environment. SECURITY POLICY We fully endorse the International Ship and Port Facility Security(ISPS) Code and in doing so strive to provide a secure working environment by establishing and maintaining security measures in order to prevent illegal activity or hostile against ships which endanger the safety and security of persons, property and environment. OBJECTIVES Within the framework of our Company Policy and Operating Standards, in strict compliance with all national and international legislations, and taking into account of all applicable codes, guidelines and standards recommended by the IMO, flag state, classification societies and maritime industry organizations, we strive to: Prevent all accidents, human injury or loss life, and damage to marine environment and to property. This achieved through provision of safe work practices in ship operation and a safe working environment

Assess all identified risks on our ships, personnel and the environment and establish appropriate safeguards to:

- Reduces the risks of accidents and possible spread of all occupational diseases by promoting the health of our employees. -Remove the threat or reduce the risk of damage to the environment.

Continuously improve safety-management skills of personnel ashore and aboard ships, including preparing for emergencies related both to safety and environmental protection through trainings and drills.
