Terms and Conditions for the Double Your Bonus Promotion: a) FxNet Ltd has the right to decline a clients Promotional Bonus without providing any further explanation or justification. b) For all deposits a Bonus Credit of 100% will be applied up to $10,000 Credit Bonus (or equivalent). c) The maximum Bonus Credit that may be applied to any one single deposit is $10,000.00 (or equivalent). d) The promotional Bonus is intended for allowing traders to open larger positions. e) The promotional Bonus will be automatically removed once all deposits have been used up to support your position. You may not use your bonus to hold your positions open. When your Equity equals your total credit and/or balance reached 0 your position will be closed. f) The promotion is for a limited time and will be stopped/ cancelled at the Companys discretion. g) Existing clients may participate in the promotion. h) The maximum credit balance at any time for any one individual is $10,000 (or equivalent). i) The Promotion is for a limited time. j) Following the cancellation of the Promotion, any accrued client credit will remain within client accounts, as applicable. k) There are no lots limitations regarding the trades a client has to open in order to request a withdrawal. l) The Promotional Bonus Credit is offered for trading purposes only and cannot be withdrawn. m) There are no terms or conditions regarding withdrawals of any profits made by the use of the Bonus Credit that was given. n) Upon withdrawal of any amount from an account (be it profit or initial funding), all credit amounts are nullified/ removed from a real MT4 account. o) Internal transfers of Bonus (Credit) amounts are not permitted. p) Internal transfers between accounts that have a Bonus Credit will result in all credit amount being nullified/removed. q) In case FxNet discovers evidence of fraud or any violation of Terms & Conditions, an MT4 account is blocked and all profits/losses are considered invalid. r) The above Terms & Conditions are a continuation and in accordance with the companys Terms & Conditions which clients read, understand and accept. s) The 100% Deposit Bonus promotion is given at FxNets discretion and may be removed from a clients account should FxNet decide to do so.
