REPORT This plinth area estimate amounting to Rs. 35,00,000.00 (Rupee thirty five lakh ) only has been prepared to show the probable cost for the Proposed Construction of Assam Type Guest House Cum Office Building of Sri Sri Madhabdev Satra at Boitamari in the district of Bongaigaon, Assam. There is sufficient land in the area of Sri Sri Madhabdev Satra to construct the above mentioned work ( plinth area of the building = 310.20 M2 ) and it shown in site plan, so it is feasible. The following provision has been made in this plinth area estimate _ 1. Normal preparation of site 2. Plinth area = 310.20 M2 3. White ant treatment. 4. Steel Roof Truss. 5. Sanitary Installation. 6. Internal Electrification. 7. External Electrification. 8. Labour Cess. 9. Contigency. 10. Vat. The rates of this plinth area estimate has been considered as per Plinth Area Rate for construction of Assam Type Building Specification A of A.P.W.D. (Building)(Civil Works) Schedule of Rates for the year 2010-11. All works will be carried out as per specification current in the State of Assam.
