Message for Lesson No. 22

Start Understanding Qur’an – The Easy Way (Short Course).

Dear Brothers/Sisters!

People before us were given a Book! About them, Allah says that their example is “that of
a donkey which carries books” (62:5). Why? Because they did not fulfill its rights
(Believe, Recite, Understand, Implement, Propagate).

Note that Allah is not joking here (astaghfirullah). He is extremely angry with those who
did not value the Book.

If we do not fulfill the rights of Qur’an, we will not be better than donkeys in His sight. It
is as simple as that.

Don’t start counting the donkeys among people. Beware! Allah is angry here
(astaghfirullah). THE REAL OBJECTIVE OF GIVING THIS EXAMPLE IS TO ASK: Am I a
donkey in the sight of Allah (astaghfirullah).

And if I still say that I don’t have time to recite, study, understand, implement,
propagate… then am I not insisting to remain a donkey (even after knowing) ???
