Choose one (1) evaluator with a deep knowledge of the personal history of the organization. The
letter of the recommendation must specify the reasons, circumstances, and impressions
surrounding the organizations life story especially the changes that happened in the local chapter
this year that the evaluator thinks are vital to organizations recognition as an outstanding local
chapter.
Indicated below are the guiding questions for the evaluators.

2. What are its unique values comparing to other universitys organizations and outside
organizations as well?
3. What are the strengths and weaknesses of the organization?
4. Does the local chapter deserve this award?

about the local chapter such as its qualities, how it works as a leadership temple and some other
information which you believe would be value-adding to this screening process.
The evaluators answer must be written on a one-page letter. On the professional letterhead,
information below must be included:

The envelope must be signed and sealed. Please bear in mind that unsigned and unsealed
recommendation letter will not be honored. The sealed envelope must be attached to the last
page of the soft-bounded accomplishment report.

The candidate must properly secure the following documents in hard copy.
1.
2. CD copy- Flash/Movie Presentation of no less than 2 minutes but no more than 5 minutes
summarizing the activities, achievements, etc. of the Local Chapter.
3. Accomplishment Report. Comprising objectives, short description, information and
evaluation/report regarding each activities and photos of each event.
Size: 8.5 x 11 (Short Bond Paper, Soft-bounded)
4. Audited Financial Statements for the Federation Year (duly certified by the auditor, adviser & the
schools student affairs head)
5. Letter of Recommendation from the Regional Council President
6. Summary of Achievements for Academic and Non-academic
Size: 8.5 x 11 (Short Bond Paper, filed in a brown folder, Landscape in Table Form,
consisting or Date, Venue, Project or Award; in any case that the local chapter has included all its
achievements to the evaluation form above, then summary of achievements is not needed
anymore.)
7. Photocopy of all corroborating certificates supporting all claims and assertions made in the bid (it
must be in chronological order). Photocopies or pictures of Medals and Plaques are not accepted.
It must be numbered and arranged chronologically (for it is needed on the reference page part of
summary of achievements).
Qualifications:
1. The Local Chapter must be recommended by the Regional Council.
2. The local chapter should have at least 10 registrants during the 2013 National Mock Board
Exam. For local chapters with less than 10 qualified NFJPIAns for the exam, they should send at
least 50% of the qualified NFJPIAns.
The criteria for judging will be divided into two, Local Chapter Achievements and Panelists interview.
The former will be 50% of the final score and the latter will also be 50% of the final score.
There will be three (3) Categories according to population:
CATEGORY A below two hundred (200) members
CATEGORY B two hundred (200) to five hundred (500) members
CATEGORY C more than five hundred (500) members
