LIMITED MANDATORY WARRANTY

All our products have a mandatory one-year warranty. Models Coway BA13, Dobidos 2100 and Dobidos 8000 have a mandatory two-year warranty. Mandatory one-year warranty applies for evrEy European country: Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, BIH, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Swizerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom. If one year mandatory warranty is applied within the warranty rules, coustmer covers shipping costs to T00aleta service center. T00aleta covers all shipping costs back to customer. The scope of this warranty is as follows: 1. T00aleta guarantees that the product shall be free from material defects and manufacturing faults for a period of 1 years ("warranty period") calculated from the date of installation at the end user's premises. Warranty scope: Within the warranty period, a customer service representative authorised by T00aleta shall rectify any material defects or manufacturing faults free of charge by repairing or replacing the defective parts. The end user shall not be entitled to assert more extensive claims against T00aleta on the basis of this warranty. 2. Claims can only be made under the warranty if: The product has been installed according to the instructions

No modifications have been made to the product; in particular, no parts have been removed, replaced or added; and The product defect has not been caused by improper installation or use, nor can it be attributed to inadequate care or maintenance; 3. The warranty is exclusively subject to the substantive law of the country in which T00aleta has its place of business.

The following T00aleta products are covered by mandatory warranty for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original end user customer. In the event a product has been discontinued, T00aleta, at its sole discretion, shall either repair the product, offer to replace it with a comparable product or provide a refund at the lesser of the purchase price or the product's current value. Repaired or replacement products will continue to be covered by this mandatory warranty for the remainder of the original warranty term or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer. This mandetory warranty applies only to the original end user customer for the term of the product warranty described herein. This mandetory warranty is non-transferable.

SERVICE MEMBERSHIP
You can become a member in our service membership program if you purchase our Wash & Dry toilet seats. Service membership comes into effect after the one-year warranty expires.
