Title Objectives & Outcomes

Factors affecting crimp behavior of woven fabric. The factors are Count of yarn Weave type M/c speed & Yarn tension

To develop relations among crimp and its affecting factors as mentioned earlier which will define the minimum crimp % required for each type of fabrics hence will be able to minimize the production cost and increase the profit level. To know the changing effects of fabric properties due to the change of crimp factors. To enable the designer to create fabric for diverse application by changing crimp. To improve the quality of the fabric by controlling the factors of the crimp To know the fabric faults such as reduction in strength, diamond bars, bright picks etc for the variation of crimp%.
