Also there arent specifically skilled employees to do certain type of job. That was possible because the company encouraged, empowered and improved their employee and put human resource as the company main priority. The company has set of core values and beliefs that all employees follow like integrity, fairness, social responsibility, and fun. There is no certain task that required specific skill. People at AES believe that skills can be learned. The company has really strong learning atmosphere that they no need centralized training. They learn from each other. Each individual is responsible for determining what training and development activities are most appropriate to benefit themselves and the corporation.
