This procedure is for use on non-NACE, non-pressure vessel structural weldments only. Review is based on listed standards and no others. If any others standards, requirements, specs and or P.O. requirements apply review is invalid. Relevant Specifications: WW-100 WW-110 D000360523 D000360517 D000360662 Weld Materials: 1/16 1/4 thickness, transfer mode shall be short circuit 1 thickness, transfer mode shall be globular Pre-heat: Material thickness less than 1/4 shall be pre-heated to 100F. Material thickness 1/4 and greater shall be pre-heated to 150F. Maximum heat input shown on WPS not to be exceeded for any given diameter of filler metal. Weld repaired parts to remain quarantined in Weld Shop after welding & completion of assembly for minimum period of 24 hours prior to visual weld inspection.

DETAILS
Sketches, Production Drawings, Weld Symbols or Written Description should show the general arrangement of the parts to be welded. Where applicable, the root spacing and details of weld groove may be specified (At the option of the Mfgr., sketches may be attached to issustrate joint design, weld layers, and bead sequences, e.g. for notch toughness procedures, for multiple processes)
