Memjets technology, whether waiting to print or actively printing uses significantly less energy than monochrome and color laser technologies, per minute, per page or per hour. In addition, OEM ink tanks can be refilled with quality Memjet ink by authorized refilling systems provided by Memjets OEM partners.

ADVANCED ENGINEERING FOR PARTNERS

The Memjet color office printer delivers up to 774 million drops per second onto the page, printing approximately 5-10 times faster than traditional inkjet printers and 2-5 times faster than desktop color laser printers. The entire printing process, from software driver to Memjets custom ASIC to the revolutionary printhead, has been optimized for speed and high quality. Inside the printer the OmniPEC System-on-Chip (SoC) ASIC calculates dot data in real time, as the paper passes under the printhead and allows OEMs to add their own architectures and solution elements. The flexible architecture of the Memjet components makes it simple to design single or multiple OmniPEC and Printhead systems and enables products with very low development costs.

ACCURATE

Small drop size, accurate placement, and high resolution combine to give excellent prints, as good as the eye can see. The entire printing process is optimized for both images and text, giving business graphics with excellent fine detail reproduction and text with high contrast and with fine sharp edges. The Memjet office printer prints on plain paper as well as inkjet glossy or matte papers.
