MONOBLOCK
The roller unit has a hot-dipped galvanised chassis The brake tester is available with durable gritted or ribbed rollers, all of which give a coefficient of friction comparable to a road surface. The roller units are extra wide to accommodate vans, small trucks and camping trailers. The brake force is measured with strain gauge transducers. The roller units are fitted with sensors detecting the presence of a wheel set on the rollers. This system prevents the rollers from starting accidentally. A speed sensor measures the roller speed to ensure that the percentage of slippage is correct. The gearbox is a worm gear, which holds the rollers from turning too easily and thus makes it easier to drive the drive wheels out of the rollers.

Mobile BRAKE TESTER FOR HEAVY VEHICLES
The mobile roller brake tester for light and heavy vehicles is the perfect solution if you need to move your equipment in two or more locations. It can me moved on the back of a truck or on a trailer, using a crane for loading and unloading. The brake tester can be delivered on a trailer with a winch to load and unload it accessory. SIDESLIP TESTER
The sideslip tester provides a quick method to check the dynamic toe of the vehicle and will reveal if alignment of the wheels is needed. A well designed sideslip tester to be installed as a useful part of a test lane. The result is printed as a part of the final test report. Suspension
The suspension tester provides a very good indication of the condition of the shock absorbers and the suspension in general. The machine also has a built-in weighing system. A model of suspension tester, analyzing tire stiffness and giving warning of too high or too low pressure, is also available.
