Installing Ground Rods

Installing ground rods during rig up activities / Instead of using a hammer to strike the ground rod driver he it like a vertical battering ram / After several cycles he picked up too far, ground rod came outta the tube and on the next blow he came down on the top of the ground rod causing a laceration at the base of his thumb / 2 stitches
