Brief facts of the case 9 Occurred on 27-12-2012 at 1100 hrs at Sanjeeva Reddy Bhavan (congress office), Khammam and reported on 1130 hrs, wherein the respondents student JAC were arrested while they were demanding to declare decision of Congress I party regarding Telangana issue in Akhilapaksha committee and they were brought to P.S and released on bail. Occurred on Prior to 27.12.2012 at Indhira nager, Khammam and reported on 27.12.2012 at 1700 hrs, wherein the accused harased the complainent both physically and mantally by demanding additional dowry from her Parents. Case is UI.

Occurred on 25-12-2012 at 1515 hrs., at Varadaiah Apartments Flat No. 105 and reported on 27-12-2012 at 1115 hrs., where in the deceased Complainants daughter suffering from Mentally Unsound and poured kerosene and lit fire her self, immediately she shifted to Mamata General Hospital for treatment, while under going treatment she succumbed to burn injuries. Case is UI. Occurred on 26-12-2012 at 1730 hrs., at Raghunadapalem Auto Stand and reported on 27-122012 at 1730 hrs., where in the accused abused the complainant in filthy language and beat him with hands and caused injuries, and also threatened with dire consequences. Occurred on 27.12.2012 at 1300 hrs at Hamali Colony, Palvancha and reported on 27.12.2012 at 1530 hrs, wherein the complainant caught hold the accused A-1 to A-6 at the house of A-1 while prosituting and brought ot PS.

Occurred on 27.12.2012 at 1600 hrs at Srinivas Colony, Palvancha and reported on 27.12.2012 at 2130 hrs, where in the complainant apprehended the tractors, while transporting sand illegally and seized the vehicles under cover of panchanama and brought to police station for safe custody.

Brief facts of the case Occurred on 27.12.2012 at 1400 hrs at Pusugudem,Mulkalpalli and reported on 27.12.2012 at 1630 hrs, where in the complainant apprehended (6) outof 13 and seized 6 lorries ,6 tractors and JCB, while they were transporting sand illegally, the complainant seized the vehicles under cover of panchanama and brought to police station for safe custody.. Occurred on 26.12.12 at 2200 hrs at the outskirts of Bairagulapadu (v) of Dummugudem (M) and reported on 27.12.12 at 0700 hrs, wherein the accused & deceased drove his motorcycle bearing No. AP20 AV 9513 in rash and negligent manner, lost the control and dashed against the taddy tree and caused his instantaneous death.

Order

20 Attempted suicide or death in suspicious circumstances by young married women during the first 7 years of their marriage, trafficking in women and children. 21 Cases of misappropriation involving property of value of Rs. 2 Lakhs or more of Government Department or undertakings or financial institutions banking or non-banking. 22 Major organized financial crimes affecting public and involving public money of over Rs. 5 lakhs value.

23 They shall investigate important cases of lesser gravity, which occur near their halting places.
