What is IMP

IMP is a standard which is suitable for all type of business premises such as manufacturing plant, restaurant, office, kindergarten, general store and many other businesses. Business premise with an IMP certification is not only operating the business in general, but also a place of worship and learning institution, with the aim in promoting the words of Allah the Almighty and His Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. In short, IMP is an Islamic Standard that educate business owners and personnel to adapt Islam as the work ethics and the way of life, so that they become a true Muslim in accordance to Allah Doctrine as mentioned in Al-Quran and Hadith. Syara is a well known Islamic Principle with five codes or beliefs which is also known in Arabic as Ahkamul Khamsah a direct translation which mean five codes or five beliefs. The five codes are: 12345Compulsory Desirable but not Compulsory Lawful and allowed Forbidden Dislike but not forbidden

Wadhie is another Islamic principle whereby Allah s.w.t. demonstrates of how a situation or circumstances become Restriction, Cause/Rationale, Unconditional/Absolute, Approval & Invalid/Void. The Implementation of the above principles will be strategize and organize to suit the needs in the premise or establishments need. Both the establishments and personnel are the important element in the process of IMP implementation. The Standard Operating Procedure within the said organization hold the same standard like those of GMP / ISO / HACCP with the exception that IMP has embedded Islamic values in accordance to Islamic practice. It is equally important that the business owner and his co-worker within an establishment to understand and practice all those required Islamic Principles and also the teaching of our Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. IMP methodology can be easily followed through different IMP module such as Islamic Manufacturing Practice, Islamic Marketing Practice, Islamic Management Practice and also Islamic Motivational Practice. Allahs glorification of prosperity in businesses are only when the owner of the business and his co-worker practice the true Islamic Principles and Ethics as the servant of God. Success will follow the business when the Human Being are firm in their beliefs, and diligently working towards achieving their goals and pray fervently / passionately while letting Allah to decide what is best for them. When Human Being succumbs to Allah s.w.t. while continuing to respect and following all the Islamic Principles as taught in Al-Quran and the teaching of our Prophet Muhammad s.a.w., for sure Allahs guidance and tidings will downpour unconditionally.

The workplace become an institution of learning where the business owner will encourage and educate the co-worker to excel in Islamic Knowledge, practicing the Dhuha prayer daily, always in the state of wudhu (ablution) while working, continuously to praise Allah quietly, a scheduled sermon or Islamic Principles Talk by the owner, morning recital of 99 names of Allah or better known as Asma ul Husna and so on. Therefore the above methodology of teachings personnel in this Islamic environment are conducive to raise quality workers that will respect and follow Allah s.w.t. Finally, the IMP institution integrate / incorporate the physical and spiritual practice together to harness the spirit to gain rewards by implementing worship to Allah s.w.t.
