初，以公司创始人的工程技术教育背景，主要提供工程技术和科技文章翻译服务，
我们曾经是中国第一个全外资火电厂项目的翻译服务总承包商。
继第一个火电厂项目的成功之后，公司成为美国第二大工程咨询公司
Bechtel 许多项目的翻译服务供应商，为 Bechtel 公司提供石油化工、核能发
电、工程管理咨询、融资等项目的翻译服务，并进入通信、IT 技术资料翻译。
2002 年，公司前瞻性地在上海设立分公司，为公司培养并储备了一批资深
的全职与兼职翻译和译审人员，他们都是业界的精英，具有较高的中外文学造旨、
专业知识和丰富的翻译经验，公司的成功与他们的优秀表现分不开。
2005 年，上海一知堂翻译公司与多家投资银行和私募基金结成战略联盟，

2006 年，上海一知堂翻译公司收购加拿大医学翻译公司（MedicalTrans
Translations LLC），进入医疗器械、药品注册、临床试验、医学专利翻译领域。

With founders’ science and engineering education background, Chinese Localization
