ACE INSTRUMENT CO.,LTD was established on August in 1998 for manufacturing civil engineering works, construction, instrumentation for rocks ( instruments to monitoring such as load, stress, strain, pore pressure, tilt, physical feature of a base rock, dynamics features etc.), readout unit, data logger, static & dynamic data acquisition system and operating software. ACE INSTRUMENT has the design, manufacture, tuning, calibration technology about the vibrating wire sensor that is suitable for repeatability, stability is excellent permanent monitoring, and FSG(Foil strain gage) type sensor that is suitable for dynamic characteristic detection and experiment with a model. Wire-wireless full scale data logger(ARF-100) is wire-wireless data logger that have 2.4GHz transmissionreception function of ZigBee communication. ARF-100 can connect with all VW sensor, mA sensor, mV sensor. Full scale data logger is based on the wireless. ARF-100 can connect MUX & Data logger, and MUX & MUX in parallel. You can select a wire or a wireless. Our ARF-100 is quite useful in large project fields that need cabling such as tunnels, soft ground, big structures and harbors or dam construction field that need permanent measurement being required. Since it is not subject to legal restrictions or type approval because it uses commercial frequency of less than 2.4GHz/10mW, this is next-generation monitoring system that automatic measurement is possible just after network configuration. Tiltmeter readout unit

ACE-2000 is tiltmeter readout that can be connected with the portable servo type horizontal-vertical inclinometer and the servo type tiltmeter. This is an only reading indicator, which deletes the data saving function of ACE-3000 inclinometer data logger. ACE-2000 can read the servo type horizontal inclinometer by manual. This is useful to operate the portable tiltmeter for measuring the inclination angle of structure. You can choose and indicate between A-axis and B-Axis so that connect and operate with servo type horizontal inclinometer. But you must record the indicated data by hand. And this has the NI-MH battery of high capacity. So this can measure for 20 hours continually. Dynamic data logger

Model ADL-300 is dynamic data logger, it can connect with FSG(Foil strain gage) sensor and accelerometer. The measure of acceleration measures the resonant frequency and analyzes the vibration. ADL-300 measure the hardness or the load carrying capacity of structure, and size of the strong motion acting toward horizontal at the bridge by this measure. ADL-300 can connect with 8nos accelerometer at the same time, so it can receive the signal of accelerometer the range of wide frequency at the dam site or the bridge. ELS beam sensors

The model 5420 ELS beam sensor is different with the general tiltmeter. Generally the level sensor defects each angle only, but ELS beam sensor uses the aluminum square pipe, and the electrolytic level sensor that the measuring range is very small ( 1degree or 2degree) so that ELS beam sensor can defect, settlement, horizontaliy displacement precisely extending length of 1~2m by drawing. In case of using only one beam sensor, it can measure the displacement by per meter, and size of absolute displacement and outline can be measured as connecting several ELS beam sensor. ELS beam sensor is divided into horizontal, and vertical type according to the measuring purpose. VW inclinometer has superior the reproducibility, responsibility, and resolution because of transmitting the frequency signal, and so quite a precise measurement is possible as being affected by the variation of the temperature. FSG type inclinometer is attached in the form of Wheatstone bridge circuit inside of the housing. It transmits the variation of the resistance in portion to the size of the inclination angle in mV. The magnetic extensometer is used to measure a settlement or a heave in fills, foundations and dams.
