THE AUTOCAD 2011 2D BASICS FOR BEGINNERS PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE COURSE 2DAYSCOURSE
Course Overview:
This course is mainly for individuals who are very new to AutoCAD software. In this course, you will learn about the CAD basic coordinate systems e.g Absolute, Relative and Polar Relative Coordinate System. Basic commands like line, arc & circle will be introduced in this course. Advanced commands like fillet, chamfer, array, offset and trim will also be introduced. The training will be more concentrated on the practical side (hands-on). Exercises will be focus on the engineering & architectural side. You will also learn how to plot or print drawing by applying the scale factor after making proper dimensioning. Basic isometric drawing techniques will also be taught in this course. On top of that, we will also demonstrate to you the simple techniques to digitize map using AutoCAD for Quantity Surveyor.

This course is mainly for individuals who are already familiar with AutoCAD software. Individuals who want to upgrade their AutoCAD hands-on skill by mastering 3D modeling are welcome to join in. In this course, advanced 2D modifying techniques will also be discussed with the participants for faster & more efficient ways to generate 2D layout drawings. Students will then learn how to convert their 2D Drawings into 3D Perspective Drawings by just a few clicks. 3D techniques like extrude, revolve, revsurf, edgesurf, loft and etc will be introduced in this course.
