DETAILS OF THE SUBCONTRACTOR'S TEMPORARY SITE ESTABLISHMENT


The Subcontractor is to outline his proposals for providing temporary electricity and water supply for the Civil Works. The Subcontractor will list any temporary sources of supply, any temporary on-site generated supplies, temporary overhead/underground cable routes for site offices, laboratories, temporary workshops, batching plant and general site operations. The Subcontractor will provide a detailed temporary site establishment layout with preliminary layouts of both on-site and of his off-site compound if any.

The above nominated staff are to be shown on a project organisation chart accompanied by a project management histogram. Details of the programme software for design and project management and planning are to be indicated.

QUALITY ASSURANCE AND QUALITY PLAN PROCEDURES


The Subcontractor will include details of recent evaluations and audits of his quality assurance agreements conducted by external organisations, which are relevant to the scope of the works. The Subcontractor will include details of the type of quality Plan to be used on this project. The Subcontractor is to propose the organisation and resources for providing quality control of the Works, including the work of Subcontractors and designers.

The Subcontractor is to reply to the questionnaire and append his full proposals for the safe management of the Works. Submission of such information will in no way affect the Subcontractor's obligations under the contract, nor does it affect his responsibility for the adequate suitability of such proposals to meet the requirements of the contract.

Please state sources of reference i.e. manuals etc. that will be available to your Site Health and Safety Officer on site and thus used in your Home Office. Please give details of training courses arranged for employees both in-house and externally.

Safety personnel of both parties will be meet on a weekly basis. The Subcontractor will submit here under full details of all materials which he proposes to use in the concrete and grout including the names of manufacturers or suppliers and the source of supply. Acceptance by the Subcontractor of these proposals in no way affects the Subcontractor's obligations under the Contract, nor does it affect the responsibility for the adequacy or suitability of such proposals to meet the requirements of the Contract, which responsibility remains entirely with the Subcontractor.

The Subcontractor will complete the following details and include them in his tender so that the Company and his advisors may assess the restraints imposed on operations in the area and the effects on the activities of both the Subcontractor and others on site. Acceptance by the Company of these proposals in no way affects the Subcontractor's obligations under the Contract, nor does it affect the responsibility for the adequacy or suitability of such proposals to meet the requirements of the Contract, which responsibility remains entirely with the Subcontractor.

TENDER PROGRAMME
The Subcontractor shall provide with his Tender an Execution programme in accordance with the following: 1. shall be in Gant Chart form Critical Path Network (CPN) or similar showing in logical sequence the all of the Works in accordance with the Subcontractors programme requirements. shall be included with the Tender in a bar chart form. shall include all phases of the Works (design, procurement, transport, construction, etc.) shall identify the float against each activity. each activity shall be resourced.

In addition the above mentioned Tender programme, the Subcontractor shall furnish with his Tender an information release schedule and a labour histogram. The labour histogram shall include all on-site and off-site activities and shall identify the different trades involved.
