Product description
ATM Transport configurations in Nokia 3G RAN Advanced Commissioning engineers, field engineering personnel, transmission personnel, engineering support (experts) or other persons working in Nokia 3G RAN After completing the course the participants will be able to define, troubleshoot and test ATM connections in the RAN. Furthermore they will have a complete understanding about the relationships between NodeB and RNC. In theoretical and practical modules the participants will learn ATM application in Nokia 3G RAN. The course concentrates on solving problems in the ATM Transport based on Nokia RAN and service provider equipment as well as implementing quality of service. At the end of the course the participant will be able to: explain the ATM protocol stack explain differences of VPI/VCI/PVC/SVC and link connections explain different service categories (Quality of Service) identify and list the components in the RAN interpret the relationships between the different ATM components describe the structure of an ATM service provider backbone analyze on ATM layer for troubleshooting identify configuration failures perform ATM measurements with an ATM analyzer
