Bailey. Bailey resigned to pursue other business opportunities and was not a result of a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices. Ronaldson will take over Baileys duties on Dec. 11, 2011. From August 18, 2011 to December 1, 2011, Ronaldson served as Controller of the Company. Before that, he was Division Finance Director of Philips Medical Systems in Highland Heights, Ohio. He has an MBA in Accounting from Michigan State University, and brings over 20 years of operational and financial experience in both public and private companies. Care Pro Inc. is dedicated to working with hospitals, nursing homes, adult living centers, and selected outpatient care facilities domestically and internationally.
