Manoeuvring System.
Object 1. Main starting air valve including the non-return valve to be dismantled cleaned and inspected. Seals to be renewed. 2. All pneumatic valves for the 7 bar control air system to dismantled, cleaned and overhauled with new repair kit. 3. Starting air distributor to be dismantled, cleaned and worn parts replaced. 4. Function test of VIT air cylinders and reversing air cylinders. Condition Comments/Action

Gas and Air ways.

Object 1. Visual inspection of exhaust manifold and pipes for leaks and condition of insulation. 2. Visual inspection of grid between exhaust manifold and turbocharger 3. Visual inspection of scavenge air cooler and water mist catcher (SL 07/484/TJJ) 4. Inspection of non-return valves in the scavenge air receiver . Condition Comments/Action

Fuel system.
Object 1. Dismantling of fuel pumps complete for cleaning inspection and renewal of seals. Replacement of plunger and barrel based on performance observations on visual inspection of the cutting edge of the plunger. 2. Fuel pump roller guide to be dismantled, cleaned, worn parts renewed Roller guide link and body to be checked for cracks by means of magnetically particle test. SL 345 and SL 391. . Hydraulic actuator for exh. valve.

Object 1. Dismantling of actuator and roller guide for cleaning and inspection, worn parts to be replaced . Condition Comments/Action

Camshaft arrangement.
