PREFACE
Books are the principle source of knowledge my study. My knowledge is not effective and productive without training. In other world training is a process that involves acquiring skills or learning concept too increase the performance. The economy of Bangladesh is basically bank based and the competitions and services in the banking business have dramatically changed in the last decade with the globalization. So, to acquire practical knowledge about banking business the term paper program for us as partial fulfillment on academic curriculum, for this purpose I am assigned to study in Standard Bank Limited (SBL) Of Jessore Branch about the present status of Loan Management of Standard Bank Limited (SBL). I have participated in a 4 weeks Term paper Program from 10/12/2012 to 10/01/2013.I have to complete my program within a short period of time. 28 days Term paper Program is not sufficient to acquire a complete knowledge about Loan Management. So, there are some limitations in my study.
