If the fee remains unpaid by the due date, a late fee of Rs. 100/- per day for the first 30 days and
Rs. 5000/- per month for the remaining period will be charged.

Any Cadet whose fee is not paid within one month after due date, his name is liable to be struck
off the College Rolls and may be re-admitted on payment of Rs. 7000/- subject to the approval of
the Principal/ College Council.
3.
The Cadets appearing for the Board Examination (9 th , 10th , 11th & 12th ) will pay the messing and
boarding fee up to the end of calendar month in which their Board Examination finishes.
4.
No Student will be allowed to appear in Board Examination of for the annual examination, unless
his accounts have been settled in full by the date on which the examination begins.

Student who remains absent from the college without any information or prior approved leave for
six consecutive days is liable to be struck off the college rolls. Re-admission on fee Rs. 7000/- is
charged in case he is allowed to rejoin the college, subject to approval of the College council.

In case of withdrawal of a Student by the parents/guardians, the Student will have to pay full dues
for the calendar year. Such withdrawals are entitled to refund of security deposit only. DUES
ONCE DEPOSITED ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN ANY CASE. There is no provision of
partial adjustment/remission of the amount billed, even if a Student remains on the College rolls
for a part of the term.
7.
All possible efforts are taken for the safeguard of all the Students during their stay in the College
Campus, Games, PT, Drill and other activities. However, the college shall not be responsible for
any kind of accident/mishaps causing any physical harm or injury/disablement to the Students.
8.
All cases of gross discipline shall be referred to the Chairman, College Council. Decision taken by
the College Council shall be Final and non-challengeable.
