September 11, 2001 changed our reality from then on forward. Within these next four years (I
think 2.5 years) our reality and world will change again for the total tyrannical worst if we are not
vigilant and if we don’t fight the New World Order like real patriotic Americans ought to.

A recent significant and chilling development in the rise of the New World Order occurred the
other day; a bill has been introduced to authorize FEMA camps in the United States:

America and the forced evacuations in New Orleans. Now let me break this down as to why this is
such a chilling development.

I’ve been sounding the alarm bell for quite awhile now regarding the construction of FEMA
camps. The roots of these camps go back to the 1980’s with Operation Garden Plot, Endgame,
and REX 84. Research it. During that time period, FEMA camps were built and the secret program
REX 84 was conducted to see how the government could detain large numbers of people, they
say would be illegal immigrants. That last cover story is shot down, however, when Operation
Garden Plot was discovered. Operation Garden Plot was a plan developed by the Pentagon to
suppress civil disturbances and lock up political dissidents. Fast forward to the 90’s and you get a
continuation of these plans with the Army’s Civilian Inmate Labor Program (Army Reg 210-35),
which officially planned to lock up civilians in these labor camps. Around the same time, Marines
conducted Operation Urban Warrior in Oakland, California where they trained to detain
Americans in prison camps and to also confiscate our guns, all in cooperation with foreign troops,
local police, and mercenaries. See the horrifying video linked to the first article above. Finally, we
get to the new century and we have witnessed new camps being built by KBR under ICE’s
“Endgame.” Ultimately this new legislation has been introduced to legalize the use of all these
camps from past to present. If you don’t believe any of this, research it! The info is readily
available.

Also take note that Homeland Security has been setting up centers all over the U.S. for
“emergencies.” They set them up and say they are only for “coming natural disasters,” but then
they continue in operation and never go away. Highland Mall in Texas is one example of this:

continues to be everywhere. My dad saw Homeland Security at the opening of the light rail in
Phoenix, Arizona and when asked why they were there, they said “because we are in charge of
all transportation.” That’s right! The Feds, and not the state’s, are in charge of all transportation!
Then there is the massive wiretapping of all Americans going on… Don’t you see what’s
happening? Under the guise of 9/11 and the War on Terror (which scientific non-refutable
evidence clearly indicates the WTC centers were blown up using thermite and that the buildings
fell too fast) our country is being set up to be Federally controlled. The majority of the states are
set to go bankrupt in these next couple years and the Federal government continues to grow.
Now they are officially authorizing FEMA camps. It’s no surprise to us who are awake, and this is
clear vindication of what we’ve been saying. New FEMA camps that can hold up to a million
people have already been built recently (2006) by KBR, and old camps under program REX 84
are reported to have been kept around for a reason. Everyone who has criticized me is partially
right; this is a conspiracy and it spreads far and deep and it is happening right now! Don’t get me
wrong, this bill will be passed. Like usual, as can be seen with wiretapping and the emerging
police state, the infrastructure is already built; that is why I believe this bill will pass. They are
now only legalizing so they can con good people to go along with enforcing this tyranny. So, it is
up to us to stall it as long as possible so we can try take our country back peacefully.

Now here’s how these camps will go into use. After a major “terrorist attack,” people will be
zombies and will feel the need to “help” by following exactly what the government says. People
will go to the camps and the police will be told that those who don’t go are “trouble makers” and
under the Patriot Act, must be rounded up and brought to the camps. The question for you is, will
you go to the camp? If you’re a cop, will you follow unethical and illegal orders? Illegal orders are
those that defy the Constitution. The Patriot Act is one such law that defies the Constitution. This
new FEMA camp bill, when passed into law, will be an unconstitutional law. Remember that many
orders the Germans followed were “legal” orders. So this is something all law enforcement and
military must ponder. Those that know me can ask themselves, if something happens and
everyone is ordered to FEMA camps and I refuse to go, would you come forcibly try detain me if
you were given the order? You know I’m not a terrorist and you know I love our country and the
Republic founded by our forefathers. Or better yet, if you knew a team was coming for me, would
you stick up for me and say something? So, all cops and military must make a decision… either
you’re with the Republic or you’re with the establishment evil. This decision must be made now
because things are unfolding at an alarming rate and when it all hits the fan, you won’t have
time to think about it.

The media will also launch an aggressive public relations campaign once this news makes it to
mainstream news. The PR campaign will be in full swing once the camps go into use. Remember
though, how I’ve been right so far since I have been awake to the truth. Further, research and
see examples of how Alex has been right almost everytime so far regarding this stuff. DO NOT
buy into the media PR campaign. History shows what happens when the government puts people
in camps. At its least, history shows us what happened with the Japanese here in our own
country during WWII and at its worst we can see what happened in Germany. Speaking of
Germany, Hitler coerced good Germans to go to the camps via PR media campaigns. It took 10
years until they finally started executing people, but this just shows how they will try sneak it on
us here in America as well. They will make the camps look good to try get people to go to them
but in all reality, they will be to our detriment. Study the history of Nazi Germany; the same thing
is happening here to a T! There’s a famous poem by Pastor Martin Niemöller about the mindset
of the German people prior to the rise of the Nazi’s:

When the Nazis came for the communists,

I remained silent;
I was not a communist.
 When they locked up the social democrats,
I remained silent;
I was not a social democrat.

When they came for the trade unionists,

I did not speak out;
I was not a trade unionist.

When they came for the Jews,

I remained silent;
I was not a Jew.

When they came for me,

there was no one left to speak out.

The same can be said about America today and the willing ignorance of those who won’t engage
in the truth because the truth may seem too unbelievable. Our founding fathers knew this as well
and warned of much of what is happening today; one only needs to read a little bit of history to
discover this. It’s time for every single American to stand up for the Republic and to spread the
word, contact their congressmen, and to break out of the false left-right paradigm. As FDR said,
"The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that a financial element in the large centers
has owned the government of the U.S. since the days of Andrew Jackson." Back in his time, FDR
knew who really runs our government, and the same bankers also run both political parties. It’s
time to come together as Americans and stick up against the tyranny that is cooking us slowly.
Just like a frog that won’t jump out of a pot of hot water if you slowly turn the heat up on it, we
will soon boil to death by the rising tyranny of our government. We’re all Americans and one
thing every American can agree on is to preserve our freedoms and stop our tyrannical
government.

Everyday I see how everything is falling into place. When I returned to Phoenix, after being gone
for 6 months, I was alarmed at how far the police state in the city has progressed. In fact, I’m not
alone in thinking this. Many people believe it is set up to be a police state. The “ghetto birds” are
flying 24-7, hundreds of new cameras have been installed, and hundreds of new cops have been
hired onto the police force. The Phoenix police chief has declared that the force is ready to deal
with civil insurrection, and recently in Tucson the Army and Airforce took part in a drill, Operation
Angel Thunder, with foreign troops in learning how to “cooperate with different military
branches” in rescue missions. Then there’s the Homeland Security prison, just north of Tucson,
with many prison buses and different drills that have been happening lately:

city and on lone desert roads, empty as if the drivers are learning their routes. I personally
believe Phoenix is about to be hit with a false flag terror attack. Everything in Phoenix is shaping
up for something big to happen.

In all, everyone must begin and continue to fight the NWO by seeking and spreading the truth

I urgently request you to NOT support H.R. 645, an anti-American initiative to authorize “emergency
centers” for the relocation of American citizens in the event of a disaster. There is no doubt in my mind
that these emergency centers would end up as detention centers as described in REX 84, Operation
Garden Plot, and the document “Endgame.”

I have read H.R. 645 in its entirety and I am concerned with everything the bill offers. It is disturbing that
the bill requires the proposed emergency centers to be on U.S. Army bases. It is disturbing that these
facilities will be command and control centers for federal, local, and military operations. Section two,
article b-4 provides very disturbing and vague language that gives unsurpassed authority “to meet other
appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security.” Most of all though, it is very
chilling to know the United States’ has shown an interest in these types of prison camps for many decades
now.

The idea for internment facilities in the United States has been around for quite some time. Looking back
to World War II, the United States set up internment camps to detain Japanese Americans; it did not stop
there. On April 5-13, 1984 under Readiness Exercise 1984 (REX 84), the U.S. government tested their
ability to detain and relocate large numbers of American citizens. Further, plans, such as Operation Garden
Plot and Operation Urban Warrior, have been developed, drilled, and in some cases used, to suppress civil
disturbances and round up political dissidents. In 1997, the Pentagon drafted Army Regulation 210-35,
mandating the creation of civilian inmate labor programs and prison camps for American citizens. Five
years later, Homeland Security released the document “Endgame,” which is a plan to detain and remove
illegal aliens, and as of recent, Kellog, Brown and Root has begun building these detainment facilities.
Finally, the response to Hurricane Katrina testifies the fact that American citizens can and have been
forcibly removed and relocated through illegal means; hence, legalizing detainment facilities will create a
total nightmare if they were to be used in the event of a disaster.

World history assures us what happens when governments decide it is necessary to arrange citizens in
detention facilities. Hitler assured the German people that the concentration camps were for their own
safety. Incidentally, the German camps started out fine, until several years later when the executions
began. In the United States, detainment facilities such as these have never been needed, so there is no
reason we need them today. These camps only serve as infrastructure for government to abuse. Therefore,
I demand that you not support H.R. 645 or any similar bills that may be introduced at a later date.
Furthermore, I urge you to introduce legislation to outlaw all types of citizen detainment facilities and to
require existing facilities be dismantled. FEMA camps are the exact opposite of what a free society
demands, and further serves as a detriment to the freedoms our forefathers fought and died for.

So again, I beg you to fight this legislation, H.R. 645, by not supporting it and by informing your colleagues
of the massive effects this bill could have! I would appreciate a response back so I know where you stand
on this critical issue.

I urgently request you to NOT support H.R. 645, whose purpose is to authorize the construction
and use of FEMA camps.

The stated purpose of HR645 is to facilitate the provisions of Title42, Chapter 68, Subchapter I,
Sections 5121 and 5122.

BUT the above referenced legislation DOES NOT GIVE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT THE
AUTHORITY TO CONSTRUCT SUCH FACILITES. Section 5121 states “It is the intent of Congress ...
to provide ASSISTANCE TO STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS TO CARRY OUR THEIR
RESPONSIBILITIES to alleviate suffering and damage from disasters...” Section 5122 states the
purpose is to “SUPPLEMENT STATE AND LOCAL EFFORTS…” (Emphasis added)

It is clear that the intent of the original enabling legislation was for the state and local
governments to administer such assistance. This is as it should be, and as is mandated, by the
10th Amendment to the United States Constitution. The proposed legislation in H.R. 645 bypasses
the state and local governments and authorizes the federal government to construct the
facilities. This is a clear violation of the “Separation of Powers” required in the 10th Amendment
to the Constitution.

I urge you to reject H.R. 645 as unconstitutional, and to also inform and urge your colleagues to
reject H.R. 645 as well.
