estate of Don Juan De Marco made and executed this 31st day of July 2012 between the following persons:

Enzo Ishmael De Marco, Filipino, of legal age, married to Kate Upton, and a resident of Sto. Nino Village Banilad, Cebu City. Leonid Arkadin De Marco, Filipino, of legal age, married to Mila Kunis, and a resident of Maria Luisa Banilad Cebu City. Mikaela Noreen De Marco, Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident of San Antonio Village, Apas Cebu City. WITNESSETH:

That the above-named persons are the legitimate children and surviving heirs of the late Don Juan De Marco, copy of their respective birth certificates are attached herein as annexes A, B and C. That the decedent died in Cebu City on without any will and leaving no indebtedness. March 30, 2012

That at the time of his death, Don Juan De Marco left the following described properties: Property I A parcel of land located in Mandaue City, covered by TCT No. 14344 of the Registry of Deeds of Mandaue City, the exact description of which is indicated on the face of the title, a copy of which is attached herein as annex D.

Property II A parcel of land located in Guadalupe, Cebu City, covered by TCT No. 16969 of the Registry of Deeds of Cebu City, the exact description of which is indicated on the face of the title, a copy of which is attached herein as annex E. Property III A parcel of land located in Banilad, Cebu City covered by TCT No. 030519 of the Registry of Deeds of Cebu City , the exact description of which is indicated on the face of the title, a copy of which is attached herein as annex F.

That the above-named persons hereby decreed and adjudicate among themselves the above-described properties in the following manner:
