Event Introduction:
The Dept of Management Science of REC is feeling proud to announce Prabandhan 2013 a national level Management Consortium for academic year 2012-13. Prabandhan 2k13 is being organized by the management students of REC. The objective of this event is to enlighten and encourage the students to gain the knowledge on the recent trends and developments on the various platforms of management domain. It will be the ideal platform to exhibit the students innovative creativity and managerial talents. We hope that this event will be an ideal platform to showcase the students managerial talents to collaborate, challenge their skill sets and in the process of enhancing their knowledge base through a professional filled experience. In short Prabandhan 2k13 is a virtuous platform for managerial excellence where it brings out the extreme inherent talents and best skills for the upcoming managers. We also bestow cash awards and prizes for the champ who stands as a winner in all events. About REC: Swami Ramananda Tirtha Educational Society was set up in 1996 by a group of highly qualified and well experienced philanthropists with a motto of serving the society through educational institutions. Shri Katta Anantha Reddy , an Advocate by profession is the co-founder and the chairman of the society. Ramananda Tirtha Engineering college (R.E.C.) was established in the year 2008 standing as pride part of SRTES and a sister college to SRTIST which was the first engineering college in Nalgonda District. We are happy to announce that we have successfully finished five years and still been trying to provide better quality, technical and management education. for the better future of students. The Institute was started branches i.e., Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering with an annual intake of 240 students. The college is presently running U.G. Courses (Mech-60, CSE-120, ECE-120,EEE-60) with a total number of 360 students and a P.G. Course M.B.A. with 60 students. In the year 2009 the first Batch of M.B.A started in REC with an annual intake of 60 students. Since then the management has been striving hard to improve the quality of teaching by bringing in the needed modern infrastructure which help the students improve their skills needed in present competitive world. Today R.E.C is considered one of the best colleges in Nalgonda Dist. Convener Speech: I kindly request Mr P John Imran Sandeep the HOD and also the Convener of Prabandhan 2013 who has been the backbone of Prabandhan 2013 to present his thoughts.

Principal Speech: I now personally take up the rare privilege and honour of introducing our distinguished Principal Shri D Prasad Reddy Garu. Sir had Completed his B.E from Madras University in 2001, has Obtained his M.E. from Andhra University in 2005. Registered His Ph.D in 2010 from JNTU-Hyderabad. In total he has put upto 10 years of teaching experience and has been the HOD , ECE Dept and also Incharge of Examination Branch and also The Incharge Principal of REC. Directors Speech: I now take the honour of inviting Shri Er.Yarala Prabhar Reddy Garu, the Director for Admissions SRTES, a civil Engineer by profession who had worked for a long tenure in Government sector. Chairman Speech: I feel privileged to have our distinguished Chairman Shri Katta Ananth Reddy Garu Amongst us. Sir is a MA LLB and a Renowned Advocate , Philanthropist, Educationist and also the Founder member of SRTES.
