Conclusion From the above hypothesis decision it is concluded that women entrepreneurs who are most educated are having good interpersonal communication skills.

FINDINGS

From the foregoing analysis the following findings were extracted. After conducting the survey, we find that most of the respondents believe that they are facing a lot of problems regarding their entrepreneurial/self employed activities. After this research we have come to know that most of these women are involved in handmade embroidery work. According to the majority of the respondents the most important problems are finance and then training, social support, mobility and communication respectively. We have also found that mostly women are not educated and this thing is creating a lot of hindrance in the success of their business. We also come to know that most of the businesses run by these women are not registered and they also do not have any bank account. We found that due to lack of awareness of these women, they are unable to avail the opportunities being provided by the govt. We also find that these self employed women are facing a lot of sociocultural constraints The women entrepreneurs have to come across many hurdles during their business growth. Women today have grown in such a way that they are implied as the Bread Winners of the family. Even in this 21st century a women needs a lots of courage and strength to prove herself in this male dominating society.

RECOMMENDATIONS From the foregoing analysis the following recommendations can be suggested Government should arrange exhibitions on quarterly, semiannually or annual basis to promote the work of women entrepreneurs in the Coimbatore areas as this will provide them a platform where they can bring their work on scene. Government should train the employees who work in the micro financial institutions as to how to deal with the customers and tell them the benefits of thescheme. Government should do extensive ad campaigns to promote the work of these women not only within the country but also at the international level. Awareness should be created among these women as to how they can gain success in their business by getting proper education and getting required skills.5.There should be relaxations in the terms of micro finance so that they can easily start their own business. Society should not only support but also encourage such women who are source of pride for the nation.7.Special buses should be run for females so that they do not face any kind of problem while traveling. The study shows that she only attracts higher middle class and higher class people. So, she should provide with a arrange of products that even middle class people can afford. She should highlight her qualities as an Event Manager also. She being an owner of a well established designing firm, she should consider Interns under her sand guide them.

LIMITATIONS The purpose of this part is just to find out the specific weaknesses that may affect the findings of the study. During this research we face a number of problems due to which the internal as well as external validity of our Research findings are affected. These are as follows 1. Most of the women are not educated so they are not able to understand some questions. 2. Some of the women of beauty parlors were not cooperative. 3. The target market we are focusing is from Coimbatore areas so we have to face some difficulties in tracing their homes. 4. Some family members of illiterate women dont allow them to meet with us. 5. Due to lack of education of these women we are also facing communication problem. 6. Due to social pressure many women know what problems they are facing but they are not allowed to tell that. 7. We felt difficulty in operating SPSS software.8.Lab was not frequently available which a main problem for us

CONCLUSION

"Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile". Yes. Today there is a greater awakening among women. In education, they have not only excelled but also become top makers. Likewise, in office and industry, many have shown brilliant results. Even in rural India with education, women have shown better performance. Educating women is absolutely essential in straightening her personality. The need of the hour is to provide an opportunity in a conducive atmosphere free from gender differences. The need for awareness motivation and courage to correct the faults of male counterparts are great challenges today. It is, therefore, encouragement of the growing intensity of motivation amongst educated young women for coming in the entrepreneurial stream and extends support with scientifically designed package of the technical and financial assistance. The non-governmental organizations have a bigger role in stimulating and nurturing the spirit of entrepreneurship amongst women. Towards this end, an integrated approach is necessary for making the movement of women entrepreneurship a success. For this purpose, both the government and nongovernment agencies have to play a vital role.
