Residential building is a dwelling place of a person or group of person that will provide them their needs, comfort and shelter in their daily life style. This two-storey building will be design for a residential used or will be used as a house. PROJECT PROPOSAL PROPER A. Rationale: This proposal is intended to make a two-storey building that is designed in order to maximize the partition of a floor plan with a lesser space area in a location site. It also gives comfort for a person in the manner of proper arrangement of room area and as well as to beautify the design of the building in the requirement of the location site. How to implement this proposal? To ensure the success of the proposal The Proposed Two-Residential Building we must take consideration some certain procedure. 1. A good site survey of what actual topography and actual size of the construction area. 2. Clearance and excavation on the construction site. 3. In the constructing building worker are requiring to wear safety gears to insure the less accident. 4. Installation electrical line and interior design. 5. Gave at least one month for drying of the cement before using the building.

Who will benefit from the proposal? This proposal is beneficial to residents who will use this building as house having a good quality.

How much does it cost to implement the proposal? Presumably, the amount that will consume is more or less 437,444 in pesos.

By means of assumption, we can assume that we will be need not less than 437,444 peso for the construction of two-storey residential building.

Who are involved in this proposal? Civil Engineer Geodetic Engineer Electrical Engineer

Objective 1. To build a two-storey building in a limited space area. 2. To build a two-storey building with a cheaper cost but high quality in terms of durability. Significance of the study The proposal is most significant to the residents who will be living in this building. They will have their own house and reliable to the location site. This study also helps some people to have job for the worker who will be dealing on this proposed project will have income. PROJECT COMPONET/STATERIES OF IMPLEMENTATION MAJOR ACTIVITIES 1.Site Survey 2 .Clearance and excavation STRATEGY OF IMPLEMENTATION Measuring the land area and the topography of the area Cleaning the whole area were we will build and an excavation for the foundation of the building and the purpose of leveling the area. Preparing the construction and building the proposed two storey building .this stage also will be implementing a safety first for the worker to avoid accident during work. Interior After the installation of the electrical connections testing must be done right away. And also preparing the building by painting and designing the interior building. Let the building on touched within one month to let it dry the cement before it will fully occupied.
