Obama Asks Military Leaders If They Will Fire On US Citizens

2009 Nobel Peace Prize nominee Jim Garrow shockingly claims he was told by a top military veteran that the Obama administrations litmus test for new military leaders is whether or not they will obey an order to fire on U.S. citizens. Garrow was nominated three years ago for the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize and is the founder of The Pink Pagoda Girls, an organization dedicated to rescuing baby girls from gendercide in China. Garrow has been personally involved in helping rescue more than 36,000 Chinese baby girls from death. He is a public figure, not an anonymous voice on the Internet, which makes his claim all the more disturbing. I have just been informed by a former senior military leader that Obama is using a new litmus test in determining who will stay and who must go in his military leaders. Get ready to explode folks. The new litmus test of leadership in the military is if they will fire on US citizens or not. Those who will not are being removed, Garrow wrote on his Facebook page, later following up the post by adding the man who told him is, one of Americas foremost military heroes, whose goal in divulging the information was to sound the alarm. When asked who is source was, Garrow replied: The man who told me this is one of Americas foremost military heroes. One has to wonder if this had anything to do with President Obamas dismissal of Marine Corps Gen. James Mattis from his post as commander of the Central Command. The Washington Free Beacon commented on the dismissal, saying: Word on the national security street is that General James Mattis is being given the bums rush out of his job as commander of Central Command, and is being told to vacate his office several months earlier than planned.

Garrows claim is even more explosive given that the country is in the throes of a national debate about gun control, with gun rights advocates keen to insist that the founders put the second amendment in the Constitution primarily as a defense against government tyranny. It also follows reports on Sunday that General James Mattis, head of the United States Central Command, is being told to vacate his office several months earlier than planned. Concerns over US troops being given orders to fire on American citizens in the event of mass gun confiscation first arose in 1995 when hundreds of Marines at 29 Palms, California were given a survey as part of an academic project by Navy Lieutenant Commander Ernest Guy Cunningham which asked the Marines if they would, Fire upon U.S. citizens who refuse or resist confiscation of firearms banned by the United States government. The survey was subsequently leaked because many of the Marines who took it were shocked by the tone of the question. The US Military has clearly outlined innumerable civil emergency scenarios under which troops would be authorized to fire on U.S. citizens. In July 2012, the process by which this could take place was made clear in a leaked US Army Military Police training manual for Civil Disturbance Operations (PDF) dating from 2006. Similar plans were also outlined in an updated manual released in 2010 entitled FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations. The 2006 document outlines how military assets will be used to help local and state authorities to restore and maintain law and order in the event of mass riots, civil unrest or a declaration of martial law. On page 20 of the manual, rules regarding the use of deadly force in confronting dissidents on American soil are made disturbingly clear with the directive that a, Warning shot will not be fired. Given that second amendment advocates are now being depicted as dangerous terrorists by the federal government and local law enforcement, Garrows claim is sure to stoke controversy given that Americans are seeing their gun rights eviscerated while the federal government itself stockpiles billions of bullets. Last week, Gloversville Mayor Dayton King warned that any federal gun confiscation program could lead to a Waco-style standoff in rural areas of America. When you think about everything Obama has done to undermine the traditional integrity of the US military, it all makes sense. He forced the military to accept homosexuals and then took action on any who opposed that measure. Then Obama started attacking the military retirement system making a military career less attractive than before. Then he took action against military chaplains who stood up for their faith. Lastly, the Pentagon has issued orders for troops in the Middle East to remove all religious symbolism, however this is largely enforced against Christians and Jews, but not for Muslims. The Obama administration was outraged when American soldiers burned a stack of Qurans. He said nothing about the Qurans being defaced by Muslim prisoners and Obama said nothing about the stack of Bibles that were burned at the same time.

Obama condemned the soldiers that urinated on several dead Taliban and ordered their court martial, but he said nothing about the way captured American soldiers were being tortured by their Muslim captors. Ever since taking office 4 years ago, Obama has been carefully tailoring the military to his specifications. Once he started making his sweeping changes, many career military personnel including commanding officers began retiring or resigning their commissions, leaving the military to the liberals. Ive been writing for a couple years now saying that Obama has plans to purposely destroy Americas economy in order to create a national emergency. This would give him the reason to declare martial law and assume dictatorial control. He will disband Congress and establish his own Gestapo style national police. When I wrote these things, I said the only two things that could prevent him from succeeding is the military because I seriously doubted that they would fire on fellow Americans and the 300 million guns in the hands of private citizens. But it seems that Obama is actively working towards eliminating both of these last remaining obstacles and when they are gone, mark my word, all hell will break lose and America will be lost.

Garrow's news comes on the heels of other notable events currently taking place, including the "national debate" over the desire by the president and many on the political Left to impose sweeping new gun control laws - including the banning of certain military look-alike, semiautomatic rifles involved in the fewest amount of gun crimes, according to the FBI's crime statistics. The news also follows a report from the Washington Free Beacon that four-star Marine Gen. James Mattis, head of the United States Central Command, which oversees operations in the Middle East and more specifically; Afghanistan, was "given the bum's rush out of his job as commander of "CENTCOM "and is being told to vacate his office several months earlier than planned."

'Why the hurry?'

Veteran National Security reporter Thomas Ricks wrote on his blog that the firing could have been linked to Mattis' refusal to toe the line on potential military action against Iran: Why the hurry? Pentagon insiders say that he rubbed civilian officials the wrong way - not because he went all "mad dog," which is his public image, and the view at the White House, but rather because he pushed the civilians so hard on considering the second and third-order consequences of military action against Iran. Some of those questions apparently were uncomfortable. But Ricks went on to say something much more revealing - and cryptic - about the Obama administration's national security team: I am at the point where I don't trust his national security team. They strike me as politicized, defensive and narrow. These are people who will not recognize it when they screw up, and will treat as enemies anyone who tells them they are doing that. And that is how things like Vietnam get repeated. Harsh words, I know. But I am worried.

Is The Obama Administration Weeding Out Military Brass That Will Not Fire On American Citizens?

Ben Swann Full Disclosure conducts a one on one interview with Dr. Jim Garrow who claims the Obama administration is weeding out top military brass that are unwilling to fire upon Americans. Ben talks with Dr. Garrow and asks viewers questions. Garrow indicates that his source referenced an officer who was called into a private meeting and given a litmus test of whether or not he would be able to fire on Americans. Upon, his answer that he would not do so, he was, in Garrows words forced to resign on the spot. Specifically, Garrow indicates that a scenario was with gun confiscation. While the source is not cited and many people understand keeping sources under wraps, couldnt anyone make this claim? Garrow says that he has known this source for seventeen years. He says that his source is a name that most people in America would know. One question posed to Garrow was, what was the context of the question? Could it mean to suppress a violent insurrection by extremists groups, whether politically affiliated or not? Garrow simply referred to what I can only assume if the Feinstein bill, and, in my opinion, didnt represent it fairly, as he said it included any gun with a handle. Thats not exactly what the bill talks about. However, the point is taken and that is that there is no doubt that if the Obama administration thinks it can, it will go after guns. He was also asked if there was evidence that could be provided to give merit to his claims so that his claim could not be washed away in a conspiracy theory, even if it is true. He did say that some people question whether he even knew anyone at high levels and he went on to state the people he did know and sat across the table from in high levels (i.e. Alexander Haig, William Bennet, Bill Simon and others were mentioned). While Garrow appreciated the question and understood what was being asked, he could provide nothing further. To be fair, this is true in many cases where major stories are broken as well.

He was also asked how many officers this had happened to and he simply referenced those who have called into various shows and indicated that it had gone on, which he said were at least many dozens. Additionally, there was the question of why wouldnt these individuals come forward together to out the story and confirm it. While I dont know that Garrows answer was satisfactory, perhaps it is, as he suggested some sort of official secrets act, we do know that the Obama administration has been harder on whistleblowers than any administration prior. I know there are many, many good men and women in our military that will not obey such an order. I also realize there are those who will do and say anything to get ahead or not lose their job. Garrow indicates that his release of this information is to let the public know what is going on and to encourage those in the military that it is OK to say No. You can evaluate Garrisons testimony yourself. Many readers at this site already suspect things like this from the Obama administration so this probably does not come as a surprise, especially in light of the bulk solicitations and purchases by this administration. However, I dont have a problem with posting the video as I believe Ben Swann to be one of the top real investigative journalists who desires to get at the truth.
