15 Construction of manhole of internal clear dimension Each 800 x 800mm in 230mm thick brick masonry using first class country bricks in CM 1:3 over a bed of 150mm thick CC1:2:4, plastering with CM 1:2, 12mm thick both on internal and external surfaces and internal exposed top surfaces finished smooth with floating coat of neat cement, PCC 1:2:4 for benching, channeling, providing and fixing pre cast RCC M -15 frame and cover, of size 600x600mm including the cost of necessary steel reinforcement as per drawing, CI steps painting with 3 coats of anticorrosive black bitumastic paint, encasing of sewer connections to manholes with PCC 1:2:4 etc., complete all as specified and directed for initial depth of 0.75m. (Ref. Fig.no. CED : PH:8.7 of PH Engg specification). Note: CC 1:2:4 in the above items is by using 20mm size graded granite aggregate obtained from approved quarry.
