Included in this publication are step by step instructions for preserving food quickly and efficiently. The author offers shortcuts and up to date safety information for all types of preservation. This article starts out with discussing the importance of the quality of produce that will be preserved. They discuss the benefits of different types of packaging used in food preservation and how they should be stored once preserved. Nutrition and allergy information is addressed to inform readers of potential health risk involved with foods.

It is updated often and gives basic instruction and information that is safe and stands the test of time and updated with current technology and information. It discussed in great detail how one becomes a slave to the lender when burdened down with debt. However at great length the article discussed the great blessings and happiness that is associated with being free of such debts. It was the authors purpose to impose on our minds the true sense of joy that can be experienced when doing what our Heavenly Father councils us to do.
