Brief Description of the Defect BCN-1A :1R,3R Handle Missing for pull chord BCN 1B is not available in remote BCN-1B :3R,3L handle missing pull chord BCN-2B:1L,1R,3L,2R,3R Handle missing for pull chord.1R BSS No Handle. BCN-3B:1R,4L Handle Missing for pull chord BCN-3A:1L to 2L and 3R to 4R rope was cut.3R&4R handle missing. BCN-4A 1L,8R,13R,13L,14L Handle missing for pull chord .5R BSS Handle missing. Under Ground tunnel Seepage BCN-4B:9L Pull chord handle not there .5R BSS Handle missing & Pull chord Rope cut in b/w 13L &14L. BCN-5A:3R pull chord handle missing& there is no rope at head -end 10 mtrs Belt weigher in 4A is not matching with PLC. Tripper Position Limit switch is not commissioned. Crusher 2 always scoop out condition.( after stopping it should come scoop in condition) DE/DS system trial with interlock in not checked from PLC. Tunnel ventilation system is not available in remote Both ILMS are not available in remote. All MRPG`s are unable to operate from PLC , Bunker level not coming in PLC Tripper car position indication is not available in PLC. Reports are not getting generated from PLC SCADA Crusher-1 Vibrations probes are malfunctioning Crusher-2 Vibrations are not display in the PLC Vibrofeeder 2,4,6 & 8 started automatically when we given command for BCN 1A 90-XV-217,218 Flap gates cable tray has to be extended with proper dressing and cable tag has to be assigned. 90-XV-201 to 208 Ground hopper proper glanding has to be done .Tag no's has to be assigned. Coal Spillage at Tail end side of belt due to improper fixing of skirt board Coal Spillage at Tail end side of belt due to improper fixing of skirt board Coal feed to BCN -3B inlet chute modification is required as coal feeding at one side of the belt Coal feed to BCN -3A inlet chute modification is required as coal feeding at one side of the belt BCN-3B near discharge chute spillage is more because coal from the chute is not in the centre of the belt. All the belts Skirt Board aligment to be carried out Crusher -2 v-belt is frequently overlapping with each other. Coal Sampling System not yet commissioned RAV for DE-1 at Crusher House Maintenance platform is needed DES-2 not yet commissioned. DES-5 is not yet commissioned. For dust extraction system Pneumatic butterfly valve is not having accessibility. Dust Suppression System to be provided for ground hopper. Tunnel Ventilation system not adequate as it is leading to suffocation problem In Screen -4 Mat No. 5,6,7,8 are in damaged condition. Coal Spillage at all Vibrofeeders illumination is not sufficient near bunker area. Cable Tray to be provided for Travelling Cable of Tripper BCN -5A tripper car is not moving in reverse direction. In Cable Reeling Drum ,cable is not reeling properly DES-3 is not getting start from local and PLC. DES-4 Y&B phase supply indication is not available in local panel. illumination is not sufficient inside ground hopper area. Tunnel ventilation system out of two energy meter one is not fixed. In Vibrofeeder -11 out of 2 nos motor , 1no motor termination is pending Vibrofeeder -2 is in motor earth fault

BCN-5B:1L,3L,2R handle missing for pull chord and there is no rope at head end 5 mtrs. BCN 1A,1B,4A,5A,5B,3A,2A ZSS are in byepassed condition. Fire Detection and Protection System not yet installed for Conveyor System Ground Hopper , Screen House hooters are not working BCN 2A some of the pullchords are byepassed.due handle are missing BCN-2A Belt sway observed in head end to tail end. Push button from console is in bypass condition. BS-7R of 4A and BS-7R of 4B belt sway switch lever screws are loose Screen-2, mats no-7&8. Screen -3, mats no- 4. Screen -4, mats no 5,6,7 &8 are damaged condition. BCN -5A & 5B control supply transformer got burnt. crusher motor-1 is getting tripped automatically(twice) Without indication total stream tripping frequently except route-5 VF-1,3,5,7 tripped automatically. ILMS-1B is not working BCN-1B is tripping continuously. Coal spillage is more due to running out. BCN 5A fluid coupling Fusible plug damaged. Out of 8 nos grizzly hopper , 1 no grizzly hopper 100 mm size grills to be replaced . Frequent failure of screen mats. Screen material to be changed Out of 6 nos screen (old mats size 6 mm) , only in screen -2 ,10 mm size mats replaced with new one Coal accumulation between two bunkerat the time of moving tripper car All Locations Skirt Board provided shall be checked for wrt to the following:

Central Position Length of the Skirt Board at the feeding point. Shall be increased Sealing all the gaps
BCN 5A,5B safety switches has been byspassed from feeder. Screen-2,3 &4 mats has been damaged condition. BCN 1A in swayed condition. It is not available for operation Rest room is not available in CHP Area Out of 3 , 2 AC`s are not working. Coal settling pit is not yet commissioned BCN-5A is available only in local mode Vf-5 is starting automatically when we given command for BCN 1B VF-7 found abnormal sound Crusher 1 &2 Cooling fan,Cooler Oil pump, Scoop in ,Scoop out available only in local mode BCN 3B getting more spillage due to 11 impact idlers has been damaged. BCN 1A one of the self adjusting idler is not available nearer the Vf-8 area

Take-up Weight Approaches shall be provided for all conveyors. At present it is provided for Conv.4A/4B only.
Tripper car 1 & 2 frequently getting trip. Metal detectors not yet commissioned BCN - 2A,2B discharge hopper is not in equidistant position. In Screen house all the floors civil openings is not yet closed 5 nos of fire hydrant lines are not having opening wheel Proper dressing to be done for cable laying room Bunker grills have to be channge for proper feeding to the bunker. Now walkway grills only available, From screen house 2nd self adjusting idler is not available in BCN 4B Belt weigher in 4B is not working.

Cladding shall be provided for Screen House and Crusher House Rain gutters shall be provided to guide the rain water away from the ground hopper All Hoists to be installed and their operation for bringing the equipment to ground level to be demonstrated V-Plough Type Cleaners on return side to be installed .Belt Scrapper for the carrying side shall be provided for the full width of the belt All incomplete gallery cladding works shall be completed

The gap between two bunkers along the coal feeding slot shall be connected with chute to facilitate continuous coal feeding Coal Spillage at Conveyor 2A/2B head end to be stopped Coal flow is more at Middle Vibrofeeder downstream of conveyor 2A/2B Fire Detection and Protection System not yet installed for Conveyor System Lux Levels to be tested and rectified as required Cable Tray for Trailing Cable of Tripper Handrails for Conveyor 2A/2B head end platform Ground Hopper gets choked during monsoon, poking hole has to be provided
