INTRODUCTION

Moises Abante Memorial Elementary School is our cooperating school in our Field Study, within three days we all have to accomplish 17 hours in our duties and responsibilities through observing all the learning resource materials in their school. Technology in the learning environment this course is designed to enrich the students experiences in developing and utilizing appropriate technology to facilitate learning. It shall also provide exposure and hands-on opportunities in the use of information and communications today. Educational technology is application of the results of researcher and studies, material or non material to improve teaching and learning. It must be viewed in relation to teaching as whole and to the learning process. The teachers must understand this relationship in order to be able to make intelligent or fruitful use of new technological aids.

REFLECTION
Teaching is not easiest thing to do for others opinion. Teachers need more knowledge and have long patience to become an effective facilitator to the students so that the ideas will not be useless. After I observed in the Moises Abante Memorial Elementary School I feel honored to be a teacher someday because I know it is a great profession to teach students that will help them in the future, but then to become a fruitful instructor or teachers I must follow the rules of teaching. Teacher to use must have the capabilities to use many instructional materials in learning; so that it will not be boring to part of the learner to listen instead they must have the interest to learn the lesson, because the materials they saw. The instructional materials will be use by the teacher must be related to the lesson so that it will be wasting the time to learn. Teacher must have widened their imagination to make the class interactively. There must have variety of instructional materials like chalkboard, books, pictures, illustrations, flashcards, maps, as well as using real object as a material so that the locking of ideas will not happen. The most important thing to remember is that, teacher must have mastery of his/her subject to teach to all the students because mistakes will not be correct immediately by other people and it is not good for the students to learned the wrong information especially teachers are the role models or everybody that serve as the mentors to have enough knowledge that can be used in the future.

RECOMMENDATION
Instructional materials are only a tool for learning activities. Books, visual aids, flashcards, chalkboard and real objects used by the teachers in Moises Abante Memorial Elementary School serve as only an instrument to support the learning ideas and help the teacher to catch the attention of the students to listen the class. Computers and other hi-tech materials are used in other school for teaching modern technology, which is important to better and easier acquiring knowledge. Computers can give indefinite information to the students that will enhance the ability of the students to think. Simple instructional materials or hitech machines they are all the same with one purpose it is to have effective learning from the instructors its up to the teachers how they handle their class and how they will use it in appropriate ways. Educators must be the tremendous impact of the increasingly rapid rate of changes and the explosion of knowledge and technology in our lives today and tomorrow. For the better future in learning development Moises Abante Memorial Elementary School is the best school to engage study. It is because this school has a lot of learning material resources; teachers are competent and cooperate very well.
