U.S. Army Garrison, Fort Carson, Colorado 07/2012 to Present Provide oversight of assigned programs, conduct analytical reviews, monitor Army baseline standards, implement best business practices, measure performance, and integrate and optimize use of technology. DIRECTOR, PLANS, ANALYSIS, AND INTEGRATION OFFICE Oversee six major programs and two operational divisions (20K+ Soldiers), providing future plans, analyses, and Business Process Improvement services for the entire agency. Synchronize all efforts to achieve better business practices and enable the entire Fort Carson Enterprise to establish its planning objectives through 2020. Assigned as the lead Program Manager for a five year strategic implementation plan for future partnership with the surrounding communities in and around Fort Carson / Colorado Springs. Developed a three- and five-year Strategic Plan for the Fort Carson Enterprise utilizing the Baldrige Criteria. Increased customer satisfaction rate from 78% to 92% for the Interactive Customer Evaluation system, reengineering the web-based customer feedback system to enable learning from current and future trends. Created a long-range planning system that fully synchronized training, operations, and planning for 20K+ soldiers. U.S. Army, Security Force Assistance Team Leader, Kandahar, Afghanistan 07/2010 to 07/2012 Security Force Assistance Team works to help the Government of Afghanistan to provide for its own long-term security and stability. DEPUTY COMMANDER & SENIOR ADVISOR/MENTOR/TRAINER/CONSULTANT Supervised and managed a 46-person mentor staff, providing direct oversight for 2K+ Afghan officers. Advised on all aspects of day-to-day operations and tactical and strategic objectives. Developed training, maintenance, logistics, budget, medical, and information operations strategic plan for Afghan Police Force & Government Agencies. Directly managed and processed $20M+ in financial transactions for lost and damaged equipment. Selected as the Senior Advisor/Mentor for an Afghan General Officer in the most hostile area in Southern Afghanistan; increased the proficiency of the Afghan unit by 100%. U.S. Army, Joint Multinational Readiness Center, Hoenfels, Germany 06/2009 to 07/2010 Coached, mentored, and trained Senior officers and staff at U.S. Army Europes combat maneuver-training center. SENIOR TRAINER/ADVISOR/MENTOR/COACH Planned and executed training and operations, including multinational operations, leader training programs, team training guidance and planning, doctrinal currency, and situational exercises. Interfaced with Joint-level personnel on a national scale, communicating vital mission objectives; orchestrated future planning meetings between multiple organizational offices and agencies. Reengineered and instituted new systems and concepts, counter to prevailing culture, to plan and develop new training scenarios for military exercises, resulting in the most complex counterinsurgency-oriented training event ever conducted at a combat training center. U.S. Army, 2nd Brigade, 25th Infantry, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii 07/2005 to 06/2009 Led staff for organization consisting of 4K+ soldiers, 300+ Stryker vehicles, and 600+ wheeled support vehicles. CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER Served as principal advisor to the commander on all aspects of unit readiness, training, plans, operations, and deployments. Planned, coordinated, and synchronized units transformation from a light infantry unit to a future Stryker unit. Directed the transition of the unit, replacing thousands of pieces of communication and other equipment and vehicles and developing a detailed and synchronized training plan for each new piece of equipment. Developed and managed $100M budget and regional improvement and development project within the Abu Ghraib Market Area, Iraq, processing 1K+ grants to new and potential business owners. Implemented training management system for eleven military organizations consisting of over 4K+ personnel, achieving the commanders intent while balancing the synchronization of scarce training resources. Created a fully synchronized and detailed plan for units deployment and execution of a rotation at the National Training Center and subsequent deployment to Iraq for combat operations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

U.S. Army, 3rd Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, Fort Benning, Georgia 06/2000 to 07/2005 Managed and organized all staff operations for 900+ soldiers on numerous deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan. OPERATIONS MANAGER Executed long-range planning and implementation of new IM/IT resources. Provided administrative and protocol support for operations staff and their subordinate sections. Worked, budgeted, and accounted for $100M+ of property. Served as the Officer in Charge of operational planning and training for several months during Commander/CEOs absence; managed budget of $100M+ and integrating cost saving techniques in excess of $5M+. Established an Operation & Emergency Coordination center that allowed the commander and staff to track ongoing operations; integrated state of the art digital systems to increase decision making process. Issued detailed daily updates to Senior Level Commanders that allowed them to make life saving decisions in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Implemented/developed a computer web-based planning system that was instrumental in the establishment of a Joint operations center that became the increased productivity by 100%.
