PURPOSE The director of events / experiential marketing serves as COMPANYSs authority on events, trade shows and experiential marketing overseeing all deliverables for clients while managing staff, vendors and partners to ensure Companys consistently provides world-class event expertise. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively participate in and support business development when appropriate, including proposal development, travel, and in-person presentations Bring in business leads from direct contacts and create leads for new business activity Drive overall client initiatives by stimulating and energizing the creative and account team(s) Collaborate with Companys creative directors, account directors, technical directors, producers, writers, designers, developers, and quality assurance personnel to deliver the highest quality products Build strategic relationships with staff, partners, and customers to enhance the working environment, product quality, product success, and customer satisfaction Display excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills and have a passion for relationship building Lead, manage, inspire and motivate direct reports Support the balance between good work and profitability, with an overall understanding of Companys financial goals and how the agency makes money

Lead Business Analyst


The lead business analyst (Lead BA) position is a client-facing role in the context of the project implementation lifecycle. The Lead BA will be responsible for the overall solution and will provide the industry and product expertise needed to successfully deploy the companys software and satisfy customers requirements. To achieve this goal, the Lead BA will collaborate with the Project Manager and will lead a team of Business Analysts. RESPONSIBILITIES :

Conduct Business Design Session with the customer - lead discussions on the business considerations and mapping of customer business requirements to the product functionality to develop an overall business solution Proposed business solutions and product options within the scope of the engagement Develop quality business design documents (for customer acceptance and configuration by other resources) Mentor and coach business analysts Business process mapping of a customers current state and future state business flows and translation of these to a workflow-enabled software process. Provide input to support project planning activities, producing work effort and resource estimations as required. Actively identify all challenges and blocking issues, escalating potential changes to scope, budget, quality or effort to the project or line manager. Management of issues, defects and traceability matrices during implementation and testing phases of a project. Estimate the effort required to complete deliverables

REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of 8-years experience in a business analyst role, with participation on full lifecycle project implementations. Display a solid analytical approach to challenges and possess creative problem solving techniques, supported by strong interviewing, probing and influencing skills. Excellent written / oral communication and documentation skills. Ability to work well under pressure, as part of an on-site or remote project team. This role has an expected travel allocation of 25% - 60%. Comfortable and confident to take ownership of tasks or issues, seeing them through to a quality and timely completion.

Market Research Manager


PURPOSE Market Research Manager carrys out performance tracking, primary market research, business and competitive intelligence supporting the commercial organization. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage all aspects of qualitative and quantitative consumer research for online products including research regarding product awareness, positioning, benefits, marketing communications and site usability.

Identify and determine the scope of marketing research needs, including secondary research and research design/implementation

Identify and manage appropriate vendors. Analyze research and develop reports summarizing key findings and making related recommendations.

Manage internal online survey tool. Work on related marketing projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors Degree. 3-4 years marketing research experience required; marketing experience particularly in membership and/or continuity club experience highly valued.

Ability to design and execute multiple research projects simultaneously. Good working knowledge of analytical and statistical tools to analyze and interpret data, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software.

Experience in survey design, execution and analysis and other standard research methodologies including phone surveys and site usability research.

Experience in identifying and managing research vendors. Must be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work independently on projects in a fast paced environment Highly motivated, flexible and adaptable nature.

Customer Relations Manager:


PURPOSE Customer relations managers (CRMs) are sometimes referred to as account managers and are the liaisons between a business and its customers. They assess customer needs and generate sales leads through more personalized service. Customer relations managers develop relationship strategies and programs that produce business value and favorable customer experiences. They monitor customer satisfaction and recommend approaches companies can implement to better serve their customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer relations managers handle customer accounts and provide guidance on enhancing customer relationships. CRMs focus on quality, pricing and product differentiation based on their understanding of the customer environment, including customer influences, decision-makers and business challenges. Create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing rapport with the customer, planning and developing customer-focused programs, overseeing the resolution of customer concerns and facilitating the delivery of goods or services to the customer. Customer relations managers work in professional office settings and may also travel frequently to meet with clients. CRMs work with sales managers to achieve budgeted sales targets within specified deadlines. The job can involve long hours, including evenings and weekends. Stress tolerance, the ability to work under pressure and a combination of leadership and customer-facing skills are necessary for job effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in business administration in related field , such as finance, hospitality, or computer science 7-8 years of account and business relationship management experience Computer literacy and proficiency with office productivity applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, are also required by most employers.

Outstanding leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as advanced knowledge of the practices and procedures for project management, sales, marketing and strategic planning. Dynamic public speakers and comfortable when interacting in both one-on-one and group settings, leading teams and liaising with different levels of management.

Branding and Promotions Manager


RESPONSIBILITIES: Good understanding of advertising, design and branding elements Liaise with Design Company Ensure deadlines are met, within budget Researching new opportunities for print advertising Provide briefs, obtain quotes, manage design process and provide artwork on time. Ensure continuous growth of Company Brand and Brand awareness Manage Guest Reviews, post booking follow-up and managing feedback with guests Conceptualising new branding initiatives Manage in-house branding elements, i.e. mail signatures etc Creating Brand Awareness, ensure improvement and continued growth thereof
