SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS ------------------Symbian OS v6.1, v7.0, Series 60 Platform RAM (storage): 1400 Kb (full database) 450 Kb (light database) INSTALLATION -----------ATTENTION! Prior to installing any software (including the ECTACO Dictionary), please make a copy of your personal data, in order to eliminate the possibility of loosing any important information! For installation purposes we recommend using the special program which came with your telephone (look on the original CD). If you have a Nokia telephone, please use the Nokia PC Suite program: 1. Establish a PC - mobile phone connection 2. Run the .SIS file from your desktop. 3. Then, follow the installation program instructions. 4. Restart your mobile phone to finish installation procedure (turn off and then turn on). Among the installed applications, the program icon will appear; use it to startup the dictionary. You can install the applications manually, without the help of additional programs. In order to do that, follow these steps: 1. Establish a PC - mobile phone link (place the device in the IR port or BlueTooth transmitter connection zone). 2. Click on the IR connection icon located in the system tray area and chose the Transfer Files option. 3. Find the .SIS file and press Send. 4. On you telephone, open the obtained file and install it. Nokia phones will receive an SMS with the distribution file in it. 5. Restart your mobile phone to finish installation procedure (turn off and then turn on). If your telephone does no have enough space to automatically carry out the installation, please take the following steps: 1. Find the distribution file using a file manager (for Nokia telephones, it is the C:\Nokia\Installs catalog). 2. Delete the initial SMS. 3. Run the distribution file from the file manager.
