Providing and filling Brick bat (40-60 mm) with cement mortar mixed in ratio 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 brick bats) including mixing of water proofing compound 4 % by weight of cement to sunk portions of toilets, kitchen projection, terraces etc. complete to the entire satisfaction of the EIC. Toilet / Sunk portion shall be tested by ponding water for 72 hrs. Designing, providing, installing Membrane waterproofing system below RCC foundation / raft and on outside of RCC retaining walls. System should follow progressive lifts of RCC retaining wall and should create 100% water tight and chemical barrier around the structure. All complete to approval of EIC and system shall be guaranteed for 10 years on Rs.100/- stamp paper. System recommended and specified are as under. (Basement) Below RCC Raft - Clean the PCC concrete surface with brush. Remove sharp protrusion on the blinding layer by chipping and local repairs and apply one coat of solvent based bitumen primer on entire PCC surface by brush. If PCC top surface is wet/moist, the same shall be made dry by Hot air blow at site. - Laying 2mm thick non-reinforced PVC membrane sheet of approved make. The size of Membrane shall be large enough to minimize the number of joints. Adjacent sheet shall be laid in similar manner with overlap of at least 150mm. The overlap joint shall be cleaned with approved primer and sealed as per manufacturer's specification, sealing corners and drains etc. - Laying of geo-textile mat of 120 gsm shall be laid over Membrane with an overlap of 75 mm spot stuck with neoprene base bonding adhesive. Protective layer of 30mm thick IPS 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 aggregates) with adding waterproofing compound 4% by weight of cement shall be laid over the geotextile. The treated surface should be cured for seven days. Outside Retaining Wall - The surface of retaining shall be cleaned, make free from dust, remove any sharp protrusion before applying treatment. A bonding adhesive of approved make to be applied on the both sides of Membrane as well as on surface of retaining wall. Allow adhesive to dry until it is tacky then coated with 2mm thick non-reinforced PVC membrane of approved make. Adjacent sheet shall be adhere in similar manner with overlap of at least 150mm. The overlap joint shall be cleaned with approved primer and sealed as per manufacturer's specification. Membrane is covered upto 300 mm height above G.L and stuck the membrane into a groove cut into the - A protective layer of 7.5mm thick HDPE protection board of approved make shall be adhered over Membrane with approved bonding adhesive.

Designing, providing, installing Membrane Sq m 134935 waterproofing system below RCC foundation / raft and on outside of RCC retaining walls. System should follow progressive lifts of RCC retaining wall and should create 100% water tight and chemical barrier around the structure. All complete to approval of EIC and system shall be guaranteed for 10 years on Rs.100/- stamp paper. System recommended and specified are as under. (Basement)

- Clean the PCC concrete surface with brush.
