Account Manager Manufacturing Engineer

Ensure all business transactions have been properly recorded and are accurately and completely reflected in companys general ledger. Oversee the accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll functions for all companies. Oversee the financial aspects of all companies, including but not limited to, credit card management, cash accounts and transfers, foreign exchanges, international bank accounts, leases and lines of credit.

Work closely with other functional groups to ensure that product is running well and meeting specifications. Design new systems and processes for the introduction of new product or of the improvement of existing product. Assist in budgeting and costing of product. Examine and tender new equipment to ensure the highest quality at the best price for equipment needed for new product.

Machinist/Programmer

Toolmaker

The CNC Machinist/Programmer must be proficient in the programming, set up and operation of numeric controlled production equipment. Creates CNC programs to control contour-path machining of parts on automatic machine tools using CAM software as well as manual G programming methods. Lathes, multi axis spindles and milling machine programming required.

Director of Finance

The tool and die maker builds and/or repairs all types, sizes and shapes of jigs, fixtures, tooling and dies. Assembles and tests complex tools and dies on manufacturing equipment. Analyzes specifications, lays out metal stock, sets up and operates machine tools and fits and assembles parts to fabricate and repair metalworking dies, cutting tools, jigs and fixtures, gauges and machinists hand tools. Applies knowledge of tool and die design and construction, shop mathematics, metal properties and layout, machining and assembly procedures.

Spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with the companys overall strategy. Manage multiple business initiatives in a start-up environment. Revenue generation and strategic partnership development and management. Manage complex contract negotiations.

Machine Operators

Quality Engineer

Performs highly repetitive types of short cycle machine operations associated with quantity production of identical parts. Lathe and/or mill experience in a production environment is a plus.

Quality management system maintenance and improvement. Work closely with all functional groups to ensure that continual improvement occurs within the process of the QMS. Assist with establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system.

Assembly/Armorer Production Supervisor

Assemble, clean and package weapons as determined by procedure. Must possess a working knowledge of weapons, specifically the M4 or AR15 platform.

Assembler/Laser Engraving

Assembles and packages fabricated parts according to company standards and a predetermined schedule. Handles light weight parts but must be able to consistently lift 30 pounds, without restrictions. Loads parts into laser engraver and ensures that parts are engraved properly. Attention to detail a must. Must be able to proficiently use hand and power tools consisting of drills, screwdrivers, etc.

Coordinates and oversees the work of personnel assigned to specific areas to ensure that volume, schedule, cost, customer requirements and quality standards are met. Facilitates team leader workflow management, workforce scheduling and team member placement to ensure goals are successfully met.

Quality Engineer

CNC Operators

Performs quality inspections consistent with established company standards. Inspects finished weapons and URGs for fit, finish and quality. Maintains weapons shooting booth. Troubleshoot problems with weapons during function testing.
