Friday 5th April: Transfer from the Otopeni (Bucharest) Airport. Arrival and checking in. Saturday 6th April: 08,00- 09,00: Breakfast 09,00- 11,00: First group discussion (hotel): - Welcoming by the Romanian hosts. - Coordinators welcoming. - Viewing of our blog. Access problems. Recipe book format. Photo exhibition format. Colours for each language. Facebook and Twitter. 11,00- 11,30: Coffee/tea break (hotel) 11,30- 13,30: Second group discussion (hotel): - Presentation of first song, story and recipe by each partner. - Ela presents draft for Polish mobility: Dates, deadlines - Readdressing mobilities. Questions about Finland/Estonia. 13,30- 14,30: Lunch in the hotel restaurant

14,30- 16,30: Third group discussion (hotel) : - Unfinished work from the morning session. - Patras Evaluation: Elas explanation. What we can improve and how. - Benito addresses mid-project report to be done in June. 16,30- 17,00: Coffee/tea break (hotel) 17,00- 18,30: Fourth discussion (hotel) - Unfinished work from previous session. - Romanian song proposal and other partners different proposals. 18,30- 20,30: Free time to refresh. 21.00: Dinner at a local restaurant. Sunday 7th April: 08,00- 09,00: Breakfast 09,00- 12,00: Travel to Bran Castle, Brasov : A taste of the Carpathian Mountains 12,00- 13,00: Visit of the castle and tasting of local food and drink on the spot. 13,30- 14,30: Travel to Brasov (a mountain resort). 14,30- 16,00: Traditional lunch in Brasov and 16,00- 17,30: Sightseeing in Brasov. 17,30- 20,30: Travel back to Pitesti. 21,00: Dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Monday, 8th April: 08,00- 09,00: Breakfast 09,00- 09,30: Travel to Golesti Museum 09,30- 10,30: Visit of the Museum 10,30- 10,45: Coffee break 10,45- 11,45: Presentations (Education for healthy food: transfer of knowledge between generations by the host and other partners presentations, e.g. Prof Murat Turkes, etc.) 11,45- 12,30: Preparing the lunch with modern vs traditional products (e.g nettle soup or pure with traditionally baked bread), meeting with adults and children in the community. 12,30- 13,45: Tasting the lunch on the museum premises. 14,00- 14,30: Meeting with the mayor of Vranesti (10 minutes away from Golesti). 14,30- 16,00: Travel to Topoloveni (15 minutes) to visit a special unit for producing traditional jam using an old traditional recipe. 16,15- 17,30: Coffee break and snacks at FSV office. 17,30: Leaving Vranesti for Pitesti. 18,00- 20,00: free time (shopping, etc.) 20,30: Farewell dinner at a local restaurant Tuesday, 9th April: Checking out, transfer to the airport and departure of the participants.
