Objectives

Components of a chemical product which (irrespective of their relative quantity) help directly in achieving its performance objectives. In an insecticide spray, for example, the active ingredients typically constitute only 0.75 percent by weight of the entire product, 99.25 percent being the inactive or inert ingredients (such as the fragrance, propellant, and solvent). TO kill pests, especially insects from agriculture To identify and quantify off-site effects of intensive urban peri-urban agriculture, including pesticide use. To plentiful supply and variety of high quality products at reasonable prices. To stop the spread of pests in imports and exports, preventing weeds in gardens and protecting house and furniture from destruction.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

OBJECTS OF THE STUDY

To know which product is most liked by the customer. To know the reason behind purchasing the particular product. To know the company policy to motivate employee to increase the volume of the products. To know the strategy for promoting the product. To know about various types of branded agro chemical productS which are used by the customers? To know the market share of the agro chemical. To study the impact of advertisement effectiveness of Markfed agro chemical. To have an overview of the customers towards the quality.

Research methodology

is a way to systematically solve the research problem.it may be understood as a science of studying how research is done scientifically .in it we study the various steps that are generally adopted by a researcher in studying his research problem along with the logic behind them. Researchers also need to understand the assumptions underlining various techniques and they need to know the criteria by which they can decide that certain techniques and procedures will be applicable to certain problems and other will not. The scope of research methodology is wider than that of research methods. Thus, when we talk of which methodology we not only talk of the research methods but we also consider the logic behind the methods we use in the context of our research study and explain why we are using a particular method or technique and why we are not using others so that research results are capable of being evaluated either by the research himself or by the others.

TYPES OF RESEARCH It is a descriptive and analytical type of research .it is descriptive in the sense it is collected by filling the questionnaire from different employees of different departments and it is analytical in the sense that the information collected analyzed and interpreted. SCALING TECHNIQUE Summated scales or Liker-type scale is used in research methodology of this project survey. Liker-type scale consists of number of statements which express either favorable or unfavorable attitude towards the given object to which the respondent is asked to react. The respondent indicates his agreement or disagreement with each statement in the instrument. SIZE OF SAMPLE Information about the training practices of 31 sample size has been considered for the purpose of this report SAMPLE DESIGN For this project Bar graphs are used to interpret the data collected from the survey, because they are more appropriate to interpret and easy to understand. RESEARCH PERIOD The time period for the research was comparatively less because sample size was quite large. At least seven days were provided to complete the research PREPARATION OF THE QUESTIONNAIRE An extensive questionnaire covering minute details of the response of the employees was prepared. The respondents were personally contacted and the information was received. TYPE OF SAMPLE It refers to the number of items to be selected from the universe to constituted a sample.it is accepted that the bigger the size of the sample, the greater it is representative of whole universe. A balance is to be maintained between sample size and time cost off trade.

DATA COLLECTION The task of data collection is beginning after a research problem is identified and research design/plan chalked out. While deciding about the method of data collection to be used for the study, the researcher should keep in mind two types of data viz., primary and secondary. PRIMARY DATA: primary data are those which are collected afresh and for the first time and thus happen to be original in character. As its already explained that type of research is descriptive so data is collected through direct communication/questionnaire with respondents. SECONDARY DATA: secondary data means that are already available. I.e. data which have already been collected and analyzed by someone. Data is collected from the journals, books, magazines, reports, and publications of various associations connected with business, public records and statistics etc. The primary data was collected regarding the system going on in the organization and all the records were checked for their validity.

PLANNING THE SURVEY The purpose of the worker survey is to collect the actual information of the project. Under this we planned to get in touch with the farmer to know what they think about use of chemicals and reasons behind using the chemicals
