Marivie J. Burgos Guimba West District Guimba Nueve Ecija

When can a school head be successful in school leadership and management? What important factors should a school head take into consideration in terms of leading the teachers, young and old like? One the important tasks of the school head is handling teachers. The school head should bear in mind that teachers are the imputers, facilitators and the over all managers of the school. Beginning teachers or neophyte teachers in the public school system seem to have less orientation on how to handle classes. It should be clear among school heads that beginning teachers need proper and formal orientation for the work a head of them. Their role as head school be maximized by giving these neophytes the proper and appreciate orientation, so that each and every detail of the work could be determined and be given enough time to work on. School goals are not just the goals of the school head and the beginning teachers in particular. They are goals which need to be shared by all school personnel and staff no matter what position the occupy and how they have rendered services in the school.

On the secular world, science is by default seen as the true source of knowledge. The Bible, if considered at all, is seen as useful only us a source of a spiritual insight as long as it presents no conflict to the current scientific consensus. This article will examine the question. Are the Bible and science in conflict? Then use will explore how a believer who is also a scientist can relate to the issue. Before proceeding, let us define what is meant by science in this article. In using this term. I refer to a systematic process that attempts to explain phenomena in terms of the physical mechanisms that cause them. Other definitions are possible, but this definition will suffice for our purposes. In a similar vein, a miracle is an even that cannot be explained solely by naturalistic scientific means.

Writers real differently Yeah weve pros Sprawled over two bucket chairs or our carpet area. Jason and Ellie two of my 6th graders, were discussing with me a new science assignment that involved critical reading and essay writing. The task would be no problem for them, since they already knew how to approach such as activity, but I wasnt sure how they would respond to the assignment. However, I had apparently underestimated the culture that had been incubating in my classroom over the past seven months a culture designed not a simply to teach skills and strategies, but also to grew authors and thinkers. The foundation for such an approach involved a culture of talk the fostering of authentic questioning and identification with real life writers. In short, we were beginning to see our world through writers eyes What are writers eyes? How does one acquire them and why did I decide to approach learning in this way? An understanding of what is needed for children to assume a alienate identify and the philosophy and components of authors studies that meet this need may help explain.

Researchers have developed not only raw data, but also interpretations about the remains, rocks, processes, time involved, and the supposed ecology of those organisms. It is important to keep in mind that the database contains both objective data and interpretation of it. How sell known is the fossil record? A recent study was shown that when the fossil collectors curves are analyzed, the number of fossil vertebrate and invertebrate families described during the past 200 years have shown a continuous in crease to more than 3, 00 families at present. On the other hand, the number of families with both fossil and living representatives has leveled off at about 1,600 families. The suggest that the global phanenozoic record of fossil metazoans is still believed that the known record is quite representative. When considering the available data, grate care should be taken in making interpretations and construct arguments to support our views. In the next views that are not supported by the data.
