Guidelines to fill the evaluation sheet 1. Refer to the competency booklet for both technical and behavioral competencies before conducting the evaluation and filing this form 2. Rate the competency using ONLY the four point scale provided at the top of the sheet viz., Poor, Satisfactory, Good, Very Good 3. Definition of the four point RATING scale: Poor - Can perform few (less than 50%) of the given indicators Satisfactory - Can perform around 50 - 60% of the given indicators Good - Can perform most (75% and above) of the indicators defined Very good - Can exhibit the indicators of the next level of Proficiency under the same Competency 4. Rate the competencies in the order to cover lower proficiencies first and progress towards higher proficiencies i.e., starting from Knowledgeable -> Practitioner -> Proficient -> Champion. Incase, if you are not able to assess all of them, you may leave the competencies with higher proficiency for the next round of interviews. Please note that for all Beta & Gamma grades, those competencies that are required to be at 'Level 1 - Knowledgeable' and 'Level 2 - Practitioner' should be assessed in the first round of interview itself. NOTE: At a minimum 50% of the competencies must be evaluated in the first round of interview.
