Describe the diverse nature of living organisms and their ecosystems. 2. Explain how ecosystems function and the ecosystem services they provide and the value and threats of biodiversity. 3. Explain the application of ecological and biological principles to conserving global biodiversity. 4. Explain the tools available to assist with biodiversity conservation. 5. Discuss differing cultural attitudes to wildlife and the impacts these have on conservation. 6. Articulate the links between theory, knowledge and practical investigations in Ecosystem and Biodiversity through the pedagogical content knowledge of the primary school science curriculum. This course discusses ecosystems and biodiversity. It explores the ecosystem, ecosystem services, biodiversity, in-situ conservation, ex-situ conservation, plant diversity, animal diversity, understanding population trends, threats to biodiversity, genetic diversity, acoustic ecology and biodiversity collection submission. Kursus ini membincangkan tentang ekosistem dan kepelbagaian biologi, meneroka tentang ekosistem, faedah ekosistem, kepelbagaian biologi, pemuliharaan in situ, pemuliharaan ex situ, kepelbagaian tumbuhan, kepelbagaian haiwan, pemahaman tentang trenda populasi, ancaman terhadap kepelbagaian, kepelbagaian genetik, ekologi akustik dan kepatuhan pengumpulan kepelbagaian.
